C\u2019est la combinaison du ranking \u00e9tabli par le jury et du vote public qui permet d\u2019attribuer chaque ann\u00e9e le HR Manager of the Year\u00a9 award.<\/p>\n<p>En 2019, Arnaud Delmarche (Groupe Wanty), a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 HR Manager of the Year\u00a9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de la 30e \u00e9dition de la HRM Night\u00a9 qui s\u2019est tenue le 4 avril dernier \u00e0 Bruxelles.<br \/>\nCe prix vient r\u00e9compenser les diff\u00e9rentes initiatives RH qui soutiennent la croissance importante de l\u2019entreprise, en particulier \u00e0 l\u2019international.
