Parce que la culture est diff\u00e9rente\u2026 Chaque jour, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos entretiens et conversations avec les directions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et les directions RH des organisations du \u00ab\u00a0Social Profit Sector\u00a0\u00bb, nous constatons que ce suppl\u00e9ment d\u2019\u00e2me inh\u00e9rent au secteur implique une autre mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer, de d\u00e9cider, de r\u00e9compenser\u2026<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Les acteurs du secteur public, des soins de sant\u00e9, de l\u2019aide sociale, de la culture, des sports &amp;
