\nPourquoi d\u00e9velopper une communaut\u00e9 et des s\u00e9minaires sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 ce secteur ? Parce que la culture est diff\u00e9rente\u2026 Chaque jour, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos entretiens et conversations avec les directions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et les directions RH des organisations du \u00ab\u00a0Social Profit Sector\u00a0\u00bb, nous constatons que ce suppl\u00e9ment d\u2019\u00e2me inh\u00e9rent au secteur implique une autre mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer, de d\u00e9cider, de r\u00e9compenser\u2026<\/h1>\n

Les acteurs du secteur public, des soins de sant\u00e9, de l\u2019aide sociale, de la culture, des sports & loisirs, de l\u2019enseigement et du caritatif se r\u00e9unissent donc r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et \u00e9changent leurs d\u00e9fis et surtout les solutions qu\u2019ils imaginent pour gagner chaque jour en efficacit\u00e9 sur le terrain.<\/p>\n

Nouvelle \u00e9tape-cl\u00e9 dans le trajet de partage des meilleures pratiques en 2015 : la cr\u00e9ation du Social Profit Day, r\u00e9unissant \u00e0 la fois les directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, les responsables financiers et les responsables RH autour du th\u00e8me de la r\u00e9invention d\u2019un secteur confront\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 de ces modes de financement et d\u2019organisation classiques.<\/p>\n
