L\u2019agence de recrutement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, Robert Half, a interview\u00e9 plus de 300 cadres belges afin d\u2019identifier les profils et les comp\u00e9tences les plus recherch\u00e9s par les managers qui s\u2019occupent de red\u00e9finir les r\u00f4les afin de capitaliser sur les nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s de croissance.30% d\u2019entre eux estiment que les fonctions doivent \u00eatre red\u00e9finies et que les comp\u00e9tences non techniques sont essentielles pour faire face aux incertitudes du COVID-19.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie a entra\u00een\u00e9 un certain nombre de changements n\u00e9cessaires en ce qui concerne le lieu, la mani\u00e8re et le moment o\u00f9 nous travaillons. C\u2019est pourquoi, \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, 27% des managers en Belgique consid\u00e8rent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de red\u00e9finir les postes existants comme une cons\u00e9quence directe du COVID-19. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les entreprises s\u2019adaptent au changement et recrutent une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre plus r\u00e9siliente, plus flexible et plus polyvalente, le vivier de talents s\u2019\u00e9largit \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans le monde entier, les viviers de talents se sont soudainement \u00e9tendus d\u00fb au fait que de nombreuses entreprises ont d\u00e9couvert qu\u2019elles pouvaient travailler efficacement avec des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 distance. Pour certaines entreprises, cela signifie que les travailleurs actuels poss\u00e9dant des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9orient\u00e9s pour remplir des r\u00f4les essentiels \u00e0 court terme. Pour d\u2019autres, l\u2019\u00e9volution des exigences des clients et les nouveaux modes de travail ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une soudaine p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences \u2013 en particulier pour les postes de transformation num\u00e9rique et d\u2019e-commerce \u00ab\u00a0<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Directeur chez Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019essor de la transformation num\u00e9rique et du e-commerce<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>33% des personnes interrog\u00e9es, dans le cadre de leur strat\u00e9gie de relance COVID-19, d\u00e9clarent accorder une plus grande priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique au sein de leur entreprise et 34% concentrent leurs efforts sur l\u2019e-commerce. Confirmant ces conclusions, Robert Half a constat\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res semaines une augmentation de la demande de profils techniques tels que des consultants en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des responsables d\u2019audit informatique.
