En 2020, en comparant le premier semestre \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, le recours \u00e0 ces r\u00e9compenses est en hausse. Le montant vers\u00e9 n\u2019augmente toutefois pas, et ce, m\u00eame s\u2019il est bas\u00e9 sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Ce sont surtout les plus petites organisations qui appliquent cette r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable. Reste \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 savoir \u00e0 quoi ressembleront les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine, avec le Covid-19 qui vient ternir la situation. Les organisations peuvent adapter leurs plans jusqu\u2019au 31 octobre.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9cente analyse du prestataire de services RH SD Worx aupr\u00e8s de ses clients r\u00e9v\u00e8le que : \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00c0 la mi-2020, le nombre d\u2019employeurs qui octroient une prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire est trois fois plus important qu\u2019\u00e0 la mi-2018. Au moins 20.000 travailleurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient cette ann\u00e9e de ce bonus fiscalement avantageux. Par rapport au premier semestre de 2019, le nombre de travailleurs a augment\u00e9 de 43%. Le bonus salarial CCT 90 (qui existe depuis 10 ans de plus et concerne six fois plus d\u2019employeurs et dix fois plus de travailleurs) pr\u00e9sente encore un potentiel de croissance: par rapport au premier semestre de 2019, le nombre d\u2019employeurs a de nouveau augment\u00e9 de 2% en 2020 et les travailleurs qui en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient sont 3% de plus. Ces bonus constituent une mani\u00e8re de se distinguer des autres employeurs. Seule une minorit\u00e9 (3%) utilise toutefois ces instruments innovants pour r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer les travailleurs de mani\u00e8re variable\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> souligne Aur\u00e9lie Vanham, Senior consultant chez SD Worx.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le montant vers\u00e9 n\u2019augmente pas forc\u00e9ment: il est stable pour le bonus salarial CCT 90, mais les montants de la prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire sont plus bas en 2020 (surtout en juin); en 2020 \u00e9galement, ce sont dans les plus petites entreprises (&lt; 20 travailleurs) qu\u2019ils sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Pour les PME, c\u2019est l\u2019instrument id\u00e9al pour faire participer tous les collaborateurs aux objectifs de l\u2019entreprise et leur octroyer une r\u00e9compense suppl\u00e9mentaire pour la croissance atteinte ensemble.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au cours de ce premier semestre, le montant moyen s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1 420 \u20acpour la prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire (m\u00e9diane 395 \u20ac) et \u00e0 871 \u20ac pour le bonus CCT 90 (m\u00e9diane 509 \u20ac). Au premier semestre de 2019, la prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire s\u2019\u00e9levait encore \u00e0 2 131 \u20ac (m\u00e9diane 858 \u20ac) et le bonus CCT 90 \u00e0 873 \u20ac (m\u00e9diane 528 \u20ac).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La crise du coronavirus va-t-elle changer la donne?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces paiements sont effectu\u00e9s sur la base des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices et les plans de bonus de cette ann\u00e9e sont peut-\u00eatre sous pression, mais les employeurs ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cet automne pour d\u00e9cider s\u2019il est possible de proposer un plan adapt\u00e9 avec des objectifs sens\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, poursuit Aur\u00e9lie Vanham de SD Worx. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Attention, il doit toujours s\u2019agir d\u2019objectifs encore incertains. Mais les employeurs qui voient l\u2019ann\u00e9e en positif, afin de motive leurs employ\u00e9s, peuvent introduire un nouveau plan de bonus pour une autre p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de minimum 3 mois. Nous conseillons d\u2019opter pour le dernier trimestre de 2020. Vous pouvez encore par exemple mettre en place un plan bonus adapt\u00e9 pour le dernier trimester, vous avez jusqu\u2019au 31 octobre 2020 pour d\u00e9poser votre plan aupr\u00e8s du SPF.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>R\u00e9activit\u00e9 meilleure au sein des petites structures<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La taille de l\u2019organisation contribue \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si vous avez une chance de recevoir une partie des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices: ce sont surtout les employeurs qui occupent moins de 50 travailleurs qui mettent en \u0153uvre l\u2019une des deux mesures pour r\u00e9compenser leurs collaborateurs pour leur implication. Plus, de 80 % de toutes les primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sont vers\u00e9es dans des organisations comptant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50 travailleurs; le bonus CCT 90 est un peu plus r\u00e9pandu, mais reste octroy\u00e9 par les plus petites organisations dans la moiti\u00e9 des cas (52 %). Les organisations de 50 \u00e0 250 collaborateurs le proposent \u00e9galement et repr\u00e9sentent quarante pourcent des employeurs concern\u00e9s (39 %).\u00a0Aur\u00e9lie Vanham: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Comme la prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire doit obligatoirement \u00eatre vers\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les travailleurs, il est plus facile pour une petite organisation d\u2019\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse lors d\u2019une ann\u00e9e rentable.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: SD Worx calcule les r\u00e9sultats sur la base de l\u2019analyse de plus de 120.000 travailleurs, aupr\u00e8s d\u2019environ 80.000 employeurs.
