L\u2019\u00e9tude fait partie d\u2019une enqu\u00eate salariale plus large qui sera publi\u00e9e en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e lors du lancement du RH Salary Guide 2021.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que trois quarts (77%) des cadres ont offert une promotion \u00e0 un ou plusieurs employ\u00e9s pendant la pand\u00e9mie. Fait remarquable, plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux n\u2019ont pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une augmentation salariale. Au total, seul un employ\u00e9 sur cinq (21%) a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une augmentation lors de sa promotion. 23% ont \u00e9t\u00e9 promus sans augmentation salariale et serait susceptible de recevoir un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. Un tiers (33%) des cadres interrog\u00e9s ont propos\u00e9 une promotion sans augmentation de salaire imm\u00e9diate ou diff\u00e9r\u00e9e. 18% des entreprises attendent la fin de la crise pour accorder des promotions.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les derniers mois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s impr\u00e9visibles. Les entreprises n\u2019avaient aucun point de comparaison pour la suite des \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Par cons\u00e9quent, de nombreux chefs d\u2019entreprise sont r\u00e9ticents \u00e0 augmenter les salaires et \u00e0 accorder des promotions. Il n\u2019en reste pas moins qu\u2019il est important de conserver les talents dans cette phase de transition\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Directeur chez Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude ant\u00e9rieure sur la motivation et le bonheur sur le lieu de travail, montre que les employ\u00e9s belges ne sont pas seulement motiv\u00e9s par leur salaire. La motivation au travail provient \u00e9galement d\u2019un sentiment de responsabilisation, d\u2019appr\u00e9ciation et d\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9, d\u2019un travail int\u00e9ressant et significatif, et de relations positives sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00eame \u00e0 notre \u00e9poque, le talent se fait rare pour de nombreuses disciplines. La diff\u00e9rence ne peut plus \u00eatre faite uniquement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un salaire attractif, les employ\u00e9s regardent l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019offre de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard, le package complet. Il est donc important pour les entreprises de mettre en \u0153uvre une offre attractive \u00e0 tous niveaux pour ses employ\u00e9s et de la traduire efficacement dans son Employer Branding. La flexibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie priv\u00e9e et professionnelle par exemple sont mis aujourd\u2019hui sur la m\u00eame \u00e9chelle que les salaires par les Belges dans leur recherche de l\u2019emploi id\u00e9al.
