D\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il semble que ce retour aux basiques de la fonction RH soit d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours. Selon une enqu\u00eate internationale men\u00e9e par SD Worx,\u00a0plus de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises belges essaient de faciliter le calcul salarial.\u00a0Le payroll, ou paiement mensuel des salaires, est aujourd\u2019hui la priorit\u00e9 absolue pour les d\u00e9partements RH des entreprises belges.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En juin, le prestataire de services payroll et RH SD Worx a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 3 000 entreprises dans onze pays europ\u00e9ens. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises belges (44,8 %) qui y ont particip\u00e9 ont laiss\u00e9 entendre qu\u2019elles craignent que la crise du coronavirus n\u2019ait un impact permanent sur leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Premier constat : en temps de crise, les entreprises reviennent \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel : d\u2019une part, en raison de la complexit\u00e9 croissante et d\u2019autre part du besoin de num\u00e9risation \u00e0 cause du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (56,1%) des entreprises belges essaient aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019am\u00e9liorer davantage leur payroll. Un quart (26,1%) confie non seulement les calculs salariaux, mais aussi toutes les pr\u00e9parations administratives mensuelles \u00e0 un partenaire externe. Ces chiffres am\u00e8nent la Belgique \u00e0 occuper la position de leader en Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le gagne pain des salari\u00e9s, tout simplement&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Belgique fait partie des huit pays (sur les onze interrog\u00e9s) o\u00f9 le payroll est actuellement la priorit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de RH. Pour pr\u00e8s de 2 entreprises belges sur 3 (64,8%), le payroll est important.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En raison de la COVID-19, les entreprises doivent souvent faire face \u00e0 des situations impr\u00e9vues, comme le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail massif, le ch\u00f4mage technique et les fermetures temporaires. De plus, les mesures d\u2019aide des pouvoirs publics n\u2019ont pas facilit\u00e9 la vie des RH. Afin de fournir un payroll impeccable, les d\u00e9partements RH doivent \u00eatre pleinement concentr\u00e9s sur cette t\u00e2che. En bref, ce n\u2019est pas une grande surprise de constater que le \u201cpayroll\u201d est la priorit\u00e9 absolue des RH. Il est non seulement plus complexe que jamais, mais aussi le gagne pain des employ\u00e9s. Car en temps de crise, tout le monde veut \u00eatre s\u00fbr de payer ses collaborateurs \u00e0 temps et correctement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Elodie Cobut, manager r\u00e9gional de SD Worx, en se basant sur ses contacts avec les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises cherchent les moyens d&rsquo;optimiser.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises belges (56,1 %) ont activement essay\u00e9 de mettre en place un payroll plus efficace en juin 2020. 17,5 % affirment vouloir s\u2019y atteler \u00e0 court, moyen ou long terme. Plus de 70 pour cent veulent progresser sur le plan du payroll. Il s\u2019agit clairement de l\u2019une des grandes priorit\u00e9s RH dans de nombreuses entreprises.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab En raison de la crise, de nombreux d\u00e9partements RH se sont rendu compte qu\u2019ils n\u2019\u00e9taient pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 un processus enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9rique : les frais, les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ou les indemnit\u00e9s v\u00e9lo, sont encore (partiellement) trait\u00e9es sur papier ou n\u00e9cessitent des op\u00e9rations manuelles. Cela n\u00e9cessitait la pr\u00e9sence des sp\u00e9cialistes du payroll dans les bureaux; mais dans le m\u00eame temps, les autorit\u00e9s leur conseillaient le travail \u00e0 domicile \u00bb<\/em>, explique Elodie Cobut de SD Worx.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La Belgique en position de leader<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans plus d\u2019un quart (26,1 %) des cas, les entreprises belges font \u00e9galement confiance \u00e0 un partenaire externe pour toutes les \u00e9tapes pr\u00e9paratoires de leur calcul salarial. Ce pourcentage n\u2019est aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans aucun des dix autres pays de l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Outre le payroll, elles sous-traitent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le suivi de la l\u00e9gislation socio-juridique (25,4 %) et l\u2019automatisation des processus RH (25,3 %). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces sous-traitances, les entreprises optent pour une sp\u00e9cialisation et une continuit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires sur le plan des RH.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab De nombreuses t\u00e2ches pr\u00e9paratoires pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent chaque mois le calcul salarial proprement dit : la collecte et l\u2019introduction de donn\u00e9es telles que les absences, les bonus et les allocations prennent un certain temps. En outre, le payroll requiert \u00e9galement une connaissance approfondie du droit du travail et des derniers d\u00e9veloppements dans ce domaine. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tous les pays europ\u00e9ens ne sont donc pas aussi int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par l\u2019externalisation et leur situation diff\u00e8re en fonction des t\u00e2ches RH. Ainsi, la Belgique, les Pays-Bas, la France et l\u2019Allemagne ont beaucoup plus tendance \u00e0 opter pour l\u2019externalisation du payroll. En revanche, certaines entreprises en Suisse, en Italie, en Espagne et en Pologne indiquent que la pr\u00e9paration du payroll est la t\u00e2che RH qu\u2019elles sous-traiteraient en dernier lieu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Continuit\u00e9 et moins de formalit\u00e9s administratives<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les avantages de l\u2019externalisation parlent d\u2019eux-m\u00eames. En Belgique, la simplication administrative prime pour quatre entreprises sur dix (39,3%). Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers (27,9%) des entreprises signalent ne pas disposer en interne d\u2019un savoir-faire suffisant pour s\u2019y atteler elles-m\u00eames. Un quart (25,7%) fait appel \u00e0 une entreprise externe pour leur continuit\u00e9, de sorte que la maladie ou les vacances ne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent pas de retard dans le payroll. En quelques semaines, SD Worx est parvenu \u00e0 toucher au total 3 000 entreprises, r\u00e9parties dans 11 pays europ\u00e9ens (Belgique, Pays-Bas, France, Italie, Espagne, Irlande, Allemagne, Autriche, Suisse, Pologne, Royaume-Uni).
