Plus d\u2019un quart des employ\u00e9s de petites entreprises europ\u00e9ennes changeraient d\u2019emploi pour un endroit mieux \u00e9quip\u00e9 pour le travail \u00e0 distance.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alors que les propri\u00e9taires de petites entreprises continuent de se remettre des effets de la pand\u00e9mie mondiale, les travailleurs attendent de leurs employeurs qu\u2019ils leur offrent une approche moderne et mixte de leur mode de fonctionnement et de leur lieu de travail. Une nouvelle \u00e9tude command\u00e9e par Ricoh Europe, bas\u00e9e sur une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 3 000 employ\u00e9s de bureaux europ\u00e9ens, r\u00e9v\u00e8le que 27 % des employ\u00e9s de petites entreprises envisagent de changer d\u2019emploi. L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ils sont 69 % \u00e0 affirmer qu\u2019ils ont les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour travailler \u00e0 distance ;<\/li>\n<li>Cependant, 29 % trouvent difficile de rester motiv\u00e9s et impliqu\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019ils travaillent \u00e0 distance, en raison de probl\u00e8mes ayant trait \u00e0 la technologie et \u00e0 la communication ;<\/li>\n<li>Ils sont 22 % \u00e9galement \u00e0 trouver qu\u2019ils sont moins productifs en raison des contraintes en mati\u00e8re de communication et de technologie ;<\/li>\n<li>Ils sont 48 % \u00e0 avoir d\u00fb utiliser leur propre technologie pour travailler \u00e0 distance pendant la pand\u00e9mie car leur entreprise ne leur a pas fourni d\u2019\u00e9quipement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce d\u00e9ficit technologique pourrait compromettre bien plus que la seule r\u00e9tention de talents. De fa\u00e7on inqui\u00e9tante, \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 il est essentiel de stimuler la croissance, 24 % affirment qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour parvenir aux meilleurs r\u00e9sultats pour les clients ou pour collaborer \u00e0 distance avec leur \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les probl\u00e8mes de travail \u00e0 distance, les employ\u00e9s de petites entreprises ne sont pas pr\u00eats de retourner massivement au bureau de sit\u00f4t. Lorsqu\u2019on les interroge sur la future politique de travail \u00e0 distance de leur entreprise, 41 % pensent que leur employeur leur permettra de continuer de travailler \u00e0 distance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de 2020 tandis que 34 % pensent que cela pourrait m\u00eame \u00eatre ind\u00e9finiment.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s des petites entreprises attendent en tout cas plus de leurs employeurs. Les deux tiers (66 %) envisagent de conserver la flexibilit\u00e9 obtenue pendant les p\u00e9riodes de confinement, et 55 % font confiance \u00e0 leur entreprise pour investir dans la technologie qui r\u00e9pondra aux exigences du futur en mati\u00e8re de lieu de travail. Cela comprend la s\u00e9curisation du bureau. En effet ils sont 40 % \u00e0 affirmer qu\u2019ils ne se sentiraient pas \u00e0 l\u2019aise de revenir au bureau \u00e0 moins qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires mises en place comme les scanners de temp\u00e9rature et les \u00e9quipements sans contact.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Gryson, CEO de Ricoh Belgique &amp; Luxembourg, explique : \u00ab\u00a0<em>M\u00eame si la transformation num\u00e9rique faisait d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie de leur feuille de route \u00e0 long terme, il n\u2019y a maintenant plus de temps \u00e0 perdre pour les petites entreprises. S\u2019ils ne se dotent pas de la technologie qui permet \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s de travailler efficacement, facilement et de fa\u00e7on s\u00e9curitaire, de n\u2019importe quel endroit, les propri\u00e9taires d&rsquo;entreprise s\u2019exposent \u00e0 une fuite des cerveaux de leurs meilleurs talents. Les entreprises fonctionnent gr\u00e2ce aux capacit\u00e9s et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de leurs employ\u00e9s &#8211; les perdre au profit de la concurrence signifie souvent \u00e9galement perdre des clients. Les m\u00e9thodes de travail \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne ne peuvent plus \u00eatre la norme. Les entreprises ne peuvent pas se contenter de \u00ab se d\u00e9brouiller \u00bb avec des \u00e9quipements et des processus de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure.
