Depuis le mois de mai, apr\u00e8s le confinement, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour maladie de courte dur\u00e9e a enregistr\u00e9 une baisse consid\u00e9rable de -16%, constate l\u2019entreprise de services RH Acerta. Cette diminution s\u2019explique essentiellement par la promotion du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En septembre, seuls 2,3% des jours de travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 perdus en raison de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour maladie de courte dur\u00e9e (absence de moins d\u2019un mois) des travailleurs. Par cons\u00e9quent, le taux d\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour maladie de courte dur\u00e9e \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieur de plus de 6 % en septembre 2020 par rapport au mois de septembre 2019. Cette diminution s\u2019explique principalement par la forte baisse de ce taux chez les employ\u00e9s (-12,7%). Chez les ouvriers, on constate une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation: +3,4%.<\/p>\n<p>Ce recul notable est constat\u00e9 en septembre, mais aussi pour toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020. Malgr\u00e9 le coronavirus, la tendance se dessine surtout depuis le confinement, affirme Acerta. Depuis mai, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour maladie de courte dur\u00e9e atteint un taux de 16% de moins que l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. La diff\u00e9rence avec 2019 est la plus marqu\u00e9e en mai (-40%), mais demeure consid\u00e9rable les mois suivants.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le ch\u00f4mage temporaire n&rsquo;est pas la seule explication&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En mars, au moment des premi\u00e8res annonces sur le coronavirus, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 vivement recommand\u00e9 aux travailleurs de rester chez eux au moindre sympt\u00f4me afin de damer le pion au virus. Cela explique la hausse consid\u00e9rable de mars (+84%) et de d\u00e9but avril (+6%). Durant la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 d\u2019avril, le confinement a \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9 et n\u2019a produit totalement ses effets qu\u2019en mai et durant une partie du mois de juin. Pour les employ\u00e9s, ce confinement impliquait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de devoir passer au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Pour les ouvriers, il \u00e9quivalait souvent au ch\u00f4mage temporaire, lorsque les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne pouvaient pas \u00eatre respect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Laura Couchard, teamleader au centre de connaissances d\u2019Acerta Consult : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons que, m\u00eame si nous comparons les jours d\u2019absent\u00e9isme de courte dur\u00e9e au nombre de jours de travail, en excluant les jours de ch\u00f4mage temporaire, la proportion d\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour maladie de courte dur\u00e9e est toujours inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2019 durant cette ann\u00e9e marqu\u00e9e par le coronavirus. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous en concluons que le ch\u00f4mage temporaire \u00e0 lui seul ne peut pas expliquer la baisse de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme de courte dur\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Plus de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, moins d\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour maladie de courte dur\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une enqu\u00eate en ligne men\u00e9e par Acerta et la KU Leuven aupr\u00e8s de 575 employeurs r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la popularit\u00e9 du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail a doubl\u00e9 avec la crise sanitaire. D\u00e9sormais, quatre travailleurs sur dix peuvent (continuer \u00e0) travailler chez eux, contre 27,4% avant le coronavirus. Laura Couchard explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0La baisse de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour maladie de courte dur\u00e9e est probablement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation du nombre de travailleurs qui peuvent t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler depuis le confinement. Il faut encore concilier les maladies moins graves et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. C\u2019est beaucoup moins facile quand on doit aller travailler une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re en voiture ou en train.
