Comment ? <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement se d\u00e9roulera sous la forme d&rsquo;une e-table ronde, qui se tiendra entre 12h30 et 13h30 et sera \u00a0anim\u00e9e par :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B\u00e9atrice Devaux, \u00e9ditrice en chef du journal Le Soir<\/li>\n<li>Baudouin Meunier, professeur visiteur \u00e0 l\u2019UNamur et auteur de l&rsquo;ouvrage <em>&lsquo;Management public et non-marchand&rsquo;<\/em> publi\u00e9 chez Anthemis<\/li>\n<li>Jean-Paul Erhard, Managing Partner mRH &#8211; Peoplesphere<\/li>\n<li>Christophe Happe, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Unessa ASBL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parmi les le\u00e7ons \u00e0 tirer de la crise sanitaire du Covid-19, nous retiendrons certainement l&rsquo;engagement et le d\u00e9vouement du personnel hospitalier et des employ\u00e9s des maisons de repos. Le syst\u00e8me en tant que tel a cependant connu de nombreux \u00e9checs : manque de masques et de mat\u00e9riel au d\u00e9but de la premi\u00e8re vague, homes pour personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es d\u00e9laiss\u00e9s, processus de testing et de tracing d\u00e9faillants\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Cette situation ne serait-t-elle pas la situation normale ? En effet, nous comptions annuellement et avant la pand\u00e9mie du Covid-19 environ 2.600 morts \u00e9vitables dans les h\u00f4pitaux. Il en va de m\u00eame dans d\u2019autres secteurs cruciaux. En mati\u00e8re de justice, par exemple, le taux de r\u00e9cidive est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 60%. Celui-ci n&rsquo;est pourtant pas mesur\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique et aucune action coordonn\u00e9e n\u2019est entreprise pour diminuer ce r\u00e9sultat. De m\u00eame, tout le monde s\u2019accorde pour dire que le traitement des affaires dans ce secteur justice prend trop de temps. Pourtant, ce constat ne conduit \u00e0 aucun projet visant \u00e0 le r\u00e9duire.<\/p>\n<p>Le Pacte pour un Enseignement d\u2019Excellence d\u00e9montre qu&rsquo;il est possible de fixer, pour les acteurs d\u2019un secteur dit \u00ab non-marchand \u00bb, des objectifs clairs (mesurables et v\u00e9rifiables) et de mettre en \u0153uvre un programme ambitieux de recherche de l\u2019excellence.
