Cette ann\u00e9e, 4 projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9s lors de la 8e journ\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de la Diversit\u00e9. Le premier prix est revenu \u00e0 l\u2019ONEM pour son projet \u00ab\u00a0Inclusion@Work\u00a0\u00bb, tandis que le SPF Int\u00e9rieur et la SNCB ont respectivement remport\u00e9 les prix de l\u2019originalit\u00e9 et de la bonne pratique. Enfin, l\u2019AFSCA a re\u00e7u le prix du public.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le Belgian Federal Diversity Award r\u00e9compense, chaque ann\u00e9e, le meilleur projet diversit\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les organisations de l\u2019administration publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Il entend, de cette mani\u00e8re, sensibiliser le personnel \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9, stimuler la r\u00e9alisation de projets et promouvoir la politique de diversit\u00e9 f\u00e9d\u00e9rale au sein des organisations. Chaque organisme f\u00e9d\u00e9ral peut soumettre un ou plusieurs projets.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, pas moins de 11 projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduits par l\u2019AFSCA, le SPF Int\u00e9rieur, l\u2019ONEM, la SNCB, le SPF Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et le SPF Finances.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Premier prix pour l\u2019ONEM et son projet \u00ab\u00a0Inclusion@Work\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis au vote des organisations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, par l\u2019entremise de leurs repr\u00e9sentants aupr\u00e8s du R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale, et du groupe de coordination. Les 250 participants de la 8e journ\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de la Diversit\u00e9 ont \u00e9galement pu voter pour leur projet pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 selon cinq crit\u00e8res, allant de l\u2019impact concret de la pratique sur le groupe cible vis\u00e9 \u00e0 son inscription durable dans la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019organisation.\u00a0Voici les 4 projets r\u00e9compens\u00e9s par un award :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Diversity Award : \u00ab\u00a0Inclusion@Work\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019ONEM<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019ONEM a fait du d\u00e9veloppement inclusif au travail sa priorit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9. Le projet \u00ab\u00a0Inclusion@Work\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9voit l\u2019organisation de s\u00e9ances de sensibilisation du personnel au handicap visible et invisible et \u00e0 la maladie chronique sous forme de th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix de l\u2019originalit\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0Khaleidoscope\u00a0\u00bb du SPF Int\u00e9rieur<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLe SPF Int\u00e9rieur se veut d\u00e9finitivement ouvert \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9, sous toutes ses formes. Le projet Khaleidoscope pr\u00e9voit des sessions d\u2019information interactives et ludiques sur le leadership inclusif pour le personnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix de la bonne pratique : \u00ab\u00a0Am\u00e9nagements raisonnables pour un handicap, une maladie chronique ou des troubles d\u2019apprentissage\u00a0\u00bb de la SNCB<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nEn 2019, la SNCB a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la politique \u00ab All different, all PROS \u00bb, qui constitue leur vision, strat\u00e9gie et plan d&rsquo;action en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, de diversit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion. Le projet \u00ab\u00a0Am\u00e9nagements raisonnables\u00a0\u00bb vise la sensibilisation des RH partners et la mise \u00e0 disposition de moyens structurels financiers et humains (disability managers) pour g\u00e9rer ces am\u00e9nagements.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix sp\u00e9cial du public : \u00ab\u00a0Bienvenue Jo\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019AFSCA<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nJo, chien guide, a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019AFSCA comme am\u00e9nagement de poste de travail d\u2019un membre du personnel. L\u2019int\u00e9gration de Jo a fait suite \u00e0 un trajet de formation du membre du personnel en question, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 une analyse de risque du service interne de pr\u00e9vention et de protection au travail qui a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu une s\u00e9rie d\u2019adaptation pour l\u2019accueil de JO.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Source : SPF BOSA &#8211; <em>A propos du R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Chaque organisation publique a un(e) responsable diversit\u00e9 qui veille \u00e0 promouvoir une approche favorable \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 au sein de son organisation et qui met en \u0153uvre des actions en faveur de la diversit\u00e9. Ces responsables forment ensemble le R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale, qui concr\u00e9tise les objectifs strat\u00e9giques du Groupe de pilotage diversit\u00e9.
