A moins d\u2019\u00eatre sourds et aveugles, nous entrons doucement dans une p\u00e9riode au cours de laquelle nous pourrons affirmer que nous disposons d\u00e9sormais du recul n\u00e9cessaire\u2026 Finies les pr\u00e9dictions al\u00e9atoires. Nous voyons bien maintenant vers quoi nous nous dirigeons, \u00e0 tout le moins en ce qui concerne l\u2019organisation du travail de demain. Un rapide point de situation sur ce que nous conserverons de ces aller-retours entre confinement, d\u00e9confinement, post-confinement&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Peu importe finalement que nous n\u2019ayons pas anticip\u00e9 les adaptations contraintes et forc\u00e9es que nous pouvons constater dans nos entreprises. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 nous a d\u00e9pass\u00e9. Plusieurs tendances lourdes &#8211; autant de d\u00e9bats ou d\u2019\u00e9volution en gestation &#8211; sont d\u00e9sormais install\u00e9es. Reste \u00e0 savoir \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent si nous serons capables de les g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Triple crash test<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis le mois de mars dernier, nous sommes en train de mener de front trois crash-tests majeurs afin de d\u00e9terminer l\u2019allure que prendra l\u2019organisation du march\u00e9 du travail de demain: le management virtuel, la mobilit\u00e9 durable et le revenu universel.<br \/>\nCe ne sont pas des probl\u00e9matiques nouvelles. Ces th\u00e8mes figuraient bien avant la crise sanitaire en bonne place parmi nos pr\u00e9occupations dites \u2018strat\u00e9giques\u2019. Mais la pand\u00e9mie a donn\u00e9 un nouveau tempo aux bouleversements attendus, avec pour cons\u00e9quence que nous avons d\u00fb mettre en oeuvre de nouvelles solutions organisationnelles, sans savoir vraiment si nous avions les ressources humaines ad\u00e9uates et les moyens financiers n\u00e9cessaires pour trouver un nouvel \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p>Soit. Nous y sommes.<br \/>\nPrimo, que nous le voulions ou pas, les \u00e9quipes devront d\u00e9sormais &#8211; au moins partiellement &#8211; \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 distance, ce qui nous obligera \u00e0 redoubler de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour inspirer les collaborateurs qui \u00e9voluent quelque part, en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Secundo, il vaut mieux nous pr\u00e9parer \u00e9galement \u00e0 revoir de fond en comble la gestion de la mobilit\u00e9 au sens le plus large qui soit. Tous les mod\u00e8les ont explos\u00e9, sans pour autant permettre \u00e0 nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de faire un pas de g\u00e9ant vers une pratique plus responsable pour notre environnement. En effet, le renoncement \u00e0 nombre de d\u00e9placements inutiles est malheureusement \u2018compens\u00e9\u2019 par des comportements de mobilit\u00e9 plus \u00e9go\u00efstes que jamais pour d\u2019\u00e9videntes raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire.<\/p>\n<p>Et tertio, sans revenu garanti par l\u2019Etat, une part consid\u00e9rable de la population active ne serait pas \u00e0 m\u00eame de vivre d\u00e9cemment. Nul ne prononce vraiment les termes mais, avec la dur\u00e9e de la crise, il viendra bien un temps o\u00f9 nous pourrons reconna\u00eetre que le principe du revenu universel s\u2019est impos\u00e9 avec l\u2019\u00e9mergence de ce foutu virus venu de Chine (c\u2019est finalement assez peu surprenant\u2026 Nous savions d\u00e9j\u00e0 toutes et tous que la prochaine r\u00e9volution viendrait de l\u00e0!).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le temps de travail a augment\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences sur les travailleurs sont \u00e9normes et, \u00e0 ce jour, assez peu ma\u00eetris\u00e9es. Un niveau de stress in\u00e9gal\u00e9, de r\u00e9elles difficult\u00e9s de conciliation de la vie familiale, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration brutale de l\u2019acculturation digitale,\u2026 Nous y reviendrons forc\u00e9ment au cours des prochains mois. Il est toutefois une \u00e9volution tangible, puissante et d\u00e9licate, qui touche vraiment celles et ceux qui sont toujours en activit\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui : le temps de travail effectif a augment\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les plages horaires pendant lesquelles nous travaillons ont une nouvelle fois explos\u00e9 sous le double effet du travail \u00e0 domicile et des efforts requis par une situation de crise permanente. Et cela va continuer car il faudra une sacr\u00e9e dose d\u2019investissement personnel pour retrouver ou maintenir des niveaux de performance \u00e9conomiques proches de ce que nous connaissions au tout d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9partition de la charge de travail n\u2019a sans doute jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi in\u00e9quitable\u2026 Et elle repose d\u00e9sormais sur des \u00e9quipes et des organisations qui se sont habitu\u00e9es \u00e0 \u2019tourner\u2019 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7\u2026 Oui, la gestion du temps de travail doit \u00eatre repens\u00e9e d\u2019urgence.
