Les informations fournies par Sharp et analys\u00e9es par une universitaire de renom mettent en lumi\u00e8re le risque que ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne repr\u00e9sente pour ceux que beaucoup appellent les \u00ab\u00a0natifs du num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb en mettant essentiellement leur progression sur pause.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 6 000 employ\u00e9es de PME en Europe, cette nouvelle enqu\u00eate montre l\u2019impact que la pand\u00e9mie du COVID-19 a eu sur les besoins des professionnels, et r\u00e9v\u00e8le leurs attentes quant aux m\u00e9thodes de travail de demain. Sharp publiera d\u2019autres r\u00e9sultats dans une prochaine \u00e9dition de son rapport sur Le monde du travail de demain pr\u00e9vue pour le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail affecte le plus les \u00ab natifs du num\u00e9rique \u00bb vis-\u00e0-vis de leurs aspirations et de leur progression professionnelles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces inqui\u00e9tudes, la majorit\u00e9 des moins de 30 ans trouvent que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail les a rendus plus productifs (51%), et les technologies au centre de cette pratique permettraient \u00e0 63% d\u2019entre eux de se montrer plus efficaces. Cependant, plus de deux tiers (61%) des professionnels de moins de 30 ans ont \u00e9galement davantage de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se tenir inform\u00e9s de ce qui se passe dans leur entreprise, tandis que 55% d\u2019entre eux se sentent coup\u00e9s du reste de leur \u00e9quipe. Un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 de ces individus ont \u00e9galement du mal \u00e0 rester motiv\u00e9s ; enfin, 24% d\u2019entre eux expriment des inqui\u00e9tudes quant \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019entretenir la motivation d\u2019une \u00e9quipe \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019impact positif des nouvelles technologies, les moins de 30 ans semblent ne pas avoir les comp\u00e9tences de base n\u00e9cessaires pour progresser dans leurs carri\u00e8res, et ce \u00e0 cause du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous assistons \u00e0 une tendance \u00e9mergente o\u00f9 la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de travailleurs, en tant que natifs du num\u00e9rique sachant utiliser les nouvelles technologies, se retrouvent laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames, contraints de tout d\u00e9couvrir seuls\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Viola Kraus, psychologue s\u2019int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 l\u2019avenir du monde professionnel.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration doit non seulement apprendre \u00e0 tirer pleinement profit de ces technologies, mais aussi d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales pour progresser dans leur m\u00e9tier. Les peurs de ces jeunes employ\u00e9s vis-\u00e0-vis de leur d\u00e9veloppement professionnel viennent probablement d\u2019un manque de communication et de direction de la part de leurs \u00e9quipes et de leurs ain\u00e9s dans un contexte de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Il est donc important pour les employeurs de veiller \u00e0 fournir des conseils et une plateforme formalis\u00e9e o\u00f9 l\u2019apprentissage entre pairs est encourag\u00e9 se produit naturellement m\u00eame \u00e0 distance.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le Covid bloque l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s des moins de 30 ans \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate montre que les moins de 30 ans attendent de leurs employeurs qu\u2019ils les soutiennent en leur proposant des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage et de d\u00e9veloppement. Interrog\u00e9s quant \u00e0 leurs exp\u00e9riences pendant le confinement, 63% d\u2019entre eux estiment que ces opportunit\u00e9s sont devenues un param\u00e8tre plus important.
