Siemens a d\u00e9j\u00e0 souscrit \u00e0 trois des dix engagements avanc\u00e9s par la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration.\u00a0La plateforme de formation digitale My Learning World aide les collaborateurs \u00e0 prendre leur carri\u00e8re en main.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En 2018, Agoria a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec le concours des agences pour l\u2019emploi VDAB, Forem et Actiris une \u00e9tude approfondie intitul\u00e9e Be The Change sur l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 du travail en Belgique \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030, dont une nouvelle \u00e9dition a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e aujourd&rsquo;hui. Il en ressort que la formation permanente est l\u2019un des principaux domaines d&rsquo;action dans lesquels nous devons investir \u00e0 l\u2019avenir pour assurer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de notre pays.<\/p>\n<p>En tant qu&rsquo;acteur technologique, Siemens s\u2019int\u00e9resse depuis longtemps \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement et \u00e0 la formation tout au long de la vie. L\u2019entreprise propose notamment une plateforme de formation en ligne, baptis\u00e9e My Learning World, qui r\u00e9unit plus de 30 000 modules d\u2019e-learning, vid\u00e9os, webinaires, formations en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, e-books et autres.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La plateforme permet aux collaborateurs de choisir eux-m\u00eames o\u00f9 et quand ils souhaitent suivre une formation\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Ivo Christiaens, directeur des ressources humaines. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Chacun a ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de renforcer son employabilit\u00e9 et de maintenir ses connaissances techniques \u00e0 niveau. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un algorithme intelligent, les collaborateurs se voient proposer des formations qui collent parfaitement \u00e0 leur profil et \u00e0 leurs ambitions.
