C\u2019est en tout cas ce que montrent les chiffres du secr\u00e9tariat social Group S. Victime d\u2019une implosion totale des postes vacants, l\u2019horeca est le secteur le plus durement touch\u00e9 par la crise du coronavirus. En Belgique, les secteurs de l\u2019audiovisuel, de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel, de l\u2019esth\u00e9tique et de la coiffure ont eux aussi subi un recul en mati\u00e8re de recrutement en 2020.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En ce d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2021, le secr\u00e9tariat social Group S revient sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020, marqu\u00e9e par le covid-19. Si l\u2019on en croit les chiffres, le tableau n\u2019est pas rose pour le march\u00e9 du travail, qui semble paralys\u00e9 par la crise du coronavirus. Le nombre total de recrutements a diminu\u00e9 de pas moins de 35% par rapport \u00e0 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Fait remarquable, la diminution du nombre de postes vacants est quant \u00e0 elle moins importante, avec une baisse de 10 %. Toutefois, on observe que la plus forte baisse d\u2019emplois \u00e0 pourvoir s\u2019est produite au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2020, lors du premier confinement. Selon les chiffres de Statbel, le nombre de postes vacants a diminu\u00e9 de 13% au cours de cette p\u00e9riode par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2019.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous observons que de nombreux postes sont rest\u00e9s ouverts pendant le premier confinement, mais que pendant cette p\u00e9riode, les entreprises n\u2019\u00e9taient pas press\u00e9es d\u2019engager et pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient peut-\u00eatre attendre. Elles ont pris le temps d\u2019\u00e9valuer la situation. Lors du second semestre, elles sont rest\u00e9es prudentes et ont pu continuer \u00e0 engager.\u00a0<\/em><em>Nous constatons dans tous les cas que les m\u00e9tiers en p\u00e9nurie restent compliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver (dans le secteur de l\u2019informatique, par exemple). Une des hypoth\u00e8ses expliquant ces difficult\u00e9s est la suivante : les travailleurs en poste semblent moins d\u00e9cid\u00e9s \u00e0 quitter leur emploi actuel, recherchant probablement la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Certains postes vacants (notamment ceux qui exigent de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience) restent donc beaucoup plus longtemps ouverts que d\u2019habitude. \u00bb<\/em>, explique Julie de Fays, HR consultant chez Group S.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019horeca, secteur le plus touch\u00e9 par la crise du coronavirus<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les secteurs les plus touch\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ceux dont les activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat ou n\u2019ont pu tourner qu\u2019\u00e0 faible r\u00e9gime d\u00e8s l\u2019apparition de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de coronavirus. L\u2019horeca en a particuli\u00e8rement fait les frais. Il semble que dans ce secteur, on puisse parler d\u2019une paralysie presque totale des postes vacants en 2020 : Statbel a enregistr\u00e9 une baisse de 80% du nombre d\u2019emplois \u00e0 pourvoir dans l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et la restauration par rapport \u00e0 2019. Group S constate que le secteur h\u00f4telier, qui a pu rester partiellement ouvert durant la crise du coronavirus, a \u00e9galement connu une chute drastique de 60 % des recrutements.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois secteurs les plus touch\u00e9s sont ceux de la coiffure, de l\u2019esth\u00e9tique, de l\u2019audiovisuel et de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel. Les salons de coiffure et d\u2019esth\u00e9tique ayant d\u00fb fermer leurs portes \u00e0 deux reprises, le nombre de personnes au travail dans ce secteur en 2020 a chut\u00e9 de 45% par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
