Cependant, l\u2019enqu\u00eate salariale de 2021 de Robert Walters nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le que depuis cet \u00e9t\u00e9, il y a eu une augmentation du nombre de missions d\u2019interim management pour aider \u00e0 restructurer des entreprises en difficult\u00e9 ou g\u00e9rer des projets de transformation et de changement, essentiels \u00e0 la continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s de certaines entreprises.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Audrey Bostvironois, manager de la division Interim Management de Robert Walters, nous fait part de ses attentes concernant le march\u00e9 du travail pour les interim managers en 2021.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La covid-19 a eu un impact sur les missions d\u2019interim management dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs, certaines missions se sont vues \u00e9court\u00e9es ou postpos\u00e9es. Des projets non \u2018urgents\u2019 pour les entreprises, comme un projet d\u2019impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019un nouvel ERP ou de mise en \u0153uvre de syst\u00e8mes par exemple, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 postpos\u00e9s, car la majorit\u00e9 des organisations souhaitaient se concentrer d\u2019abord sur le contr\u00f4le des co\u00fbts et la d\u00e9finition de leur strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 court terme. Des entreprises actives dans des secteurs moins touch\u00e9s par la crise ont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, dans l\u2019incertitude, attendre de voir l\u2019impact de cette crise, avant de poursuivre leurs activit\u00e9s de recrutement ou de lancer certains projets.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, des interim managers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s, durant cette p\u00e9riode trouble, pour remplacer ou pourvoir des postes strat\u00e9giques, notamment au sein de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, des finances et des ressources humaines. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Depuis l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, nous avons constat\u00e9 une augmentation du nombre de missions d\u2019interim management pour aider \u00e0 restructurer des entreprises en difficult\u00e9 ou g\u00e9rer des projets de transformation et de changement, essentiels \u00e0 la continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s de certaines entreprises.\u00a0En 2021, nous pensons que la demande d\u2019interim managers hautement qualifi\u00e9s pour des postes cl\u00e9s au sein de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, des ressources humaines et des finances restera \u00e9lev\u00e9e. L\u2019accent sera toujours mis sur l\u2019optimisation des co\u00fbts et des processus ainsi que sur la d\u00e9finition de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail. Les organisations en phase de restructuration devront faire appel aux comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques, \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de terrain et au pragmatisme des interim managers pour les aider \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvres ces derni\u00e8res afin de garantir un avenir prosp\u00e8re.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Comp\u00e9tences requises dans le nouveau monde du travail<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les interim managers ont de solides comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de leadership et celles-ci sont vraiment pr\u00e9cieuses sur le march\u00e9 actuel. La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 bien communiquer \u00e0 tous les niveaux, \u00e0 rassurer les gens en p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;incertitude et \u00e0 maintenir la motivation des employ\u00e9s lorsqu&rsquo;ils travaillent \u00e0 distance, est essentielle pour aider l&rsquo;organisation \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir. <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00catre flexible, agile, r\u00e9silient et avoir une vue d&rsquo;h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re sont les atouts dont les organisations ont besoin dans ce nouveau monde du travail.\u00a0Les organisations en pleine mutation verront certainement l&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;avoir un interim manager \u00e0 leur service. Leur exp\u00e9rience et leur savoir-faire dans le cadre de missions similaires et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 voir les choses sous un angle diff\u00e9rent ont une valeur ajout\u00e9e inestimable \u00bb. M\u00eame sur une courte p\u00e9riode et avec la participation des employ\u00e9s de l&rsquo;organisation, les interim managers aideront l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 atteindre ses objectifs et \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ses projets d&rsquo;avenir.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises continueront \u00e0 se concentrer sur la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts, mais pour r\u00e9ussir et se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir, certains investissements devront \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.
