En effet, la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration se passe rarement sans probl\u00e8me. Il est crucial que les patientes soient bien inform\u00e9es \u00e0 ce sujet d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du traitement. Outre la famille, l\u2019employeur et les coll\u00e8gues, les prestataires de soins jouent aussi un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Telle est la conclusion de l\u2019\u00e9tude Exploration de type \u00ab\u2009practice based evidence\u2009\u00bb ax\u00e9e sur la poursuite\/la reprise du travail pour les patientes atteintes du cancer du sein en Belgique. Notre pays ne dispose toutefois pas encore d\u2019une ligne directrice claire pour la mise en place de \u00ab\u00a0bonnes pratiques\u00a0\u00bb dans ce domaine, compte tenu, d\u2019une part, de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du secteur des soins et, d\u2019autre part, des d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, Pink Ribbon, l\u2019organisation nationale de lutte contre le cancer du sein, et l\u2019INAMI ont uni leurs forces pour mettre en place le projet Pink Monday\u2009; un clin d\u2019\u0153il au c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00ab\u2009Blue Monday\u2009\u00bb, le jour le plus d\u00e9primant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. L\u2019organisation veut faire du jour souvent difficile de la reprise du travail une journ\u00e9e joyeuse et pleine d\u2019espoir. Pink Ribbon est convaincue qu\u2019une communication et des informations claires \u00e0 l\u2019intention de tous les acteurs concern\u00e9s peuvent faire une grande diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Avec Pink Monday, l\u2019ASBL interpelle depuis des ann\u00e9es les coll\u00e8gues, les employeurs et les ind\u00e9pendants. L\u2019organisation a notamment cr\u00e9\u00e9 une plateforme web et des brochures truff\u00e9es de conseils pratiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019\u00e9tude pointe des probl\u00e8mes dans le r\u00f4le des prestataires de soins<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude coordonn\u00e9e pour le compte de l\u2019INAMI par Huget D\u00e9siron (ergonome et ergoth\u00e9rapeute europ\u00e9enne de renom), un consensus semble se d\u00e9gager parmi les prestataires de soins oncologiques quant au fait que la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration doit b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une place de premier plan d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du parcours de traitement. Les prestataires de soins indiquent cependant que, dans la pratique actuelle, il est quasiment impossible d\u2019assumer effectivement ce r\u00f4le vu le manque de moyens, d\u2019effectifs, de connaissances, d\u2019outils, d\u2019attention\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le besoin des patientes d\u2019\u00e9ventuellement combiner des traitements de longue dur\u00e9e \u00e0 un emploi (\u00e0 temps partiel) et la reconnaissance du cancer en tant que maladie chronique sont la base d\u2019une approche qui cadre avec un long processus de gu\u00e9rison. La gu\u00e9rison ne se joue donc pas exclusivement sur le plan m\u00e9dical et il convient d\u2019int\u00e9grer, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration au travail dans les objectifs de l\u2019offre de soins.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Favoriser le dialogue sur la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude conclut qu\u2019il faudrait d\u00e9finir une proc\u00e9dure commune calqu\u00e9e, pour toutes les patientes, sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de leur gu\u00e9rison, mais qui laisse aussi suffisamment de place \u00e0 la personnalisation. Un r\u00f4le crucial serait accord\u00e9 \u00e0 un acteur central qui endosse une fonction de coordination et qui prend en main le processus de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration. Ce coordinateur serait \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la communication interne entre les prestataires de soins, g\u00e9rerait la mise en route\/l\u2019arr\u00eat du processus, \u00e9tablirait le lien avec le monde du travail, organiserait la collaboration avec les autres acteurs (notamment les prestataires de soins interm\u00e9diaires) et assurerait la gestion des donn\u00e9es de mesure relatives \u00e0 la surveillance de la qualit\u00e9 et de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019accompagnement ax\u00e9 sur le travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les prestataires de soins et les patientes sont manifestement d\u2019accord : il faut accorder \u00e0 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration toute l\u2019attention qu\u2019elle m\u00e9rite. Pink Ribbon invite donc tous ceux qui souhaitent faire une diff\u00e9rence \u00e0 signer le code de conduite \u00ab\u00a0Hello Pink Monday\u00a0\u00bb.
