En t\u00e9moigne le nombre de dossiers de harc\u00e8lement que le Groupe IDEWE a trait\u00e9s l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Le service externe de pr\u00e9vention de Belgique a enregistr\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re une proportion similaire de cas de conflits (39,6% contre 40% en 2019) et de harc\u00e8lement (14,9% contre 14,8%), qui repr\u00e9sentent ensemble 54,5% de tous les signalements de mal-\u00eatre psychosocial.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Malgr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution de leur nombre total, nous constatons toujours que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des signalements relatifs aux risques psychosociaux au travail concernent des conflits ou du harc\u00e8lement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Hilde De Man, responsable du bien-\u00eatre psychosocial chez IDEWE. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ce constat montre que la num\u00e9risation de notre travail et la diminution des rencontres au travail ne r\u00e9duisent pas les possibilit\u00e9s et les causes de conflits et de harc\u00e8lement. Le harc\u00e8lement est donc un d\u00e9fi structurel, un fait tr\u00e8s malheureux pour tous les employeurs et les travailleurs qui, comme nous, pr\u00f4nent le respect au travail. Mais heureusement, nous pouvons inverser cette tendance ensemble, en commen\u00e7ant par accorder suffisamment d\u2019attention \u00e0 ce sujet\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Le harc\u00e8lement li\u00e9 au coronavirus voit \u00e9galement le jour<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Par harc\u00e8lement, nous entendons traditionnellement les formes d\u2019exclusion, la r\u00e9tention d\u2019informations, les rumeurs, les insultes (personnelles et collectives) et les blagues d\u00e9plac\u00e9es. Pendant cette crise du coronavirus, d\u2019autres formes de harc\u00e8lement apparaissent \u00e9galement, et la pand\u00e9mie pourrait m\u00eame en \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine. Hilde De Man explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Par exemple, nous constatons que certaines personnes sont cibl\u00e9es parce qu\u2019elles ont des valeurs et des normes diff\u00e9rentes concernant les mesures. Il existe \u00e9galement une incompr\u00e9hension mutuelle entre les personnes qui peuvent\/veulent ou non faire du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, et il arrive que des coll\u00e8gues revenant de quarantaine soient d\u00e9visag\u00e9s voire \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Il y a m\u00eame eu des cas de toux ou de crachats d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9s. D\u2019autres personnes signalent avoir du mal avec le comportement de surveillance de leur sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique lorsqu\u2019elles font du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La crise semble avoir pouss\u00e9 aux extr\u00eames le degr\u00e9 d\u2019appartenance entre les \u00e9quipes. Certaines \u00e9quipes qui ont travaill\u00e9 ensemble pendant cette p\u00e9riode difficile sont devenues plus soud\u00e9es que jamais, tandis que d\u2019autres se sont fragment\u00e9es en raison d\u2019un manque de contacts formels et informels pr\u00e9cieux. Cette situation de travail nouvelle et difficile est tr\u00e8s propice aux tensions et au harc\u00e8lement, d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019il s\u2019av\u00e8re que la distance physique n\u2019a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 le harc\u00e8lement. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La mani\u00e8re dont les comportements irrespectueux s\u2019expriment a tout simplement chang\u00e9 : par exemple, les ragots de la clique habituelle du temps de midi ont migr\u00e9 vers les groupes WhatsApp ou Teams. Comme le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre maintenu, il est crucial que les sup\u00e9rieurs hi\u00e9rarchiques s\u2019attellent aussi \u00e0 distance \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation du bien-\u00eatre et de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit de leurs travailleurs ET de leur \u00e9quipe. Il est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s important d\u2019\u00e9tablir des directives claires sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et de montrer l\u2019exemple en suivant les mesures li\u00e9es au coronavirus. En qualit\u00e9 de sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique, il importe \u00e9galement de comprendre le v\u00e9cu parfois tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent des membres de votre \u00e9quipe quant \u00e0 la situation li\u00e9e au coronavirus et \u00e0 l\u2019impact qu\u2019elle peut avoir sur le travail et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e.
