Une marge salariale de 0,4% pour les deux prochaines ann\u00e9es, c\u2019est se moquer des travailleurs et des travailleuses!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> selon la FGTB. Ce vendredi 12 f\u00e9vrier, le syndicat se mobilisera devant la gare centrale de Bruxelles pour une action symbolique.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ces n\u00e9gociations sont un rendez-vous crucial pour tous les travailleurs et toutes les travailleuses. Elles ont pour objectif de d\u00e9finir le cadre d\u2019\u00e9volution des salaires pour des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es. Mais il doit \u00e9galement permettre l\u2019adoption de mesures d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail, d\u2019adaptation des fins de carri\u00e8re ou de revalorisation du salaire minimum.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Limiter strictement l\u2019augmentation des salaire \u00e0 0,4 % est inacceptable. Il faut absolument sortir du carcan impos\u00e9 par la loi et d\u00e9finir une marge d\u2019augmentation des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des travailleurs et des travailleuses. Dans ce contexte de crise, il faut \u00e9galement qu\u2019un effort suppl\u00e9mentaire soit consentit pour les plus bas revenus et ce dans tous les secteurs.\u00a0Par ailleurs, les employeurs continuent de prendre en otage les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d\u2019allocations sociales car ils refusent de n\u00e9gocier un accord sur la revalorisation des pensions et autres allocations sociales (cf. Liaison au bien-\u00eatre). Or, la Loi pr\u00e9voit tr\u00e8s clairement qu\u2019un tel accord devait \u00eatre conclu depuis le 15 septembre dernier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi, ce 12 f\u00e9vrier, la FGTB organise une journ\u00e9e d\u2019actions et de sensibilisation. Quelles sont ses revendications ?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une marge salariale indicative : pour n\u00e9gocier plus dans les secteurs qui n\u2019ont pas souffert de la crise sanitaire et dans les nombreux secteurs qui se porteront mieux d\u2019ici 2022. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La loi de 1996 doit aussi \u00eatre revue en ce sens et ne proposer que des normes indicatives\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>Un salaire minimum \u00e0 14\u20ac\/H ou 2300\u20ac\/mois. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette augmentation doit \u00eatre atteinte par la constitution d\u2019un fonds de solidarit\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Aliment\u00e9 par les employeurs \u00e0 hauteur de 0,2% de la masse salariale. Ce fonds doit s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la norme salariale indicative\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>Une am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9gimes de fin de carri\u00e8re;<\/li>\n<li>Une liaison du montant des allocations sociales \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des salaires (enveloppe Bien-\u00eatre) doit \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9e ind\u00e9pendamment de l&rsquo;AIP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En refusant d\u2019augmenter notre pouvoir d\u2019achat, les employeurs freinent la reprise \u00e9conomique et menacent la paix sociale en pleine crise sanitaire.\u00a0Il est grand temps d\u2019entendre la voix des travailleurs et des travailleuses qui livrent des efforts importants et sont durement touch\u00e9s par les cons\u00e9quences de la crise sanitaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Source : FGTB<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les n\u00e9gociations sur l\u2019accord interprofessionnel sont actuellement bloqu\u00e9es car les patrons refusent d\u2019entamer une n\u00e9gociation correcte et d\u00e9cente.
