Le syst\u00e8me des primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires permet aux entreprises d&rsquo;attribuer (une partie) de leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e0 leurs travailleurs sous la forme d&rsquo;une prime fiscalement attractive.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seulement 1,15% des travailleurs belges ont re\u00e7u une prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de la part de leur employeur en 2020. Cependant, c&rsquo;est un tiers de plus qu&rsquo;en 2019 (+38%). Le montant moyen a cependant baiss\u00e9 de 6% entre 2019 et 2020 (de 1420\u20ac \u00e0 1334\u20ac). Iris Tolpe, Partner chez Securex Consulting, explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Depuis 2018 d\u00e9j\u00e0, les primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sont un moyen fiscalement avantageux d&rsquo;offrir un petit plus aux travailleurs. Les travailleurs conservent en effet 64% du montant brut, ce qui est nettement sup\u00e9rieur aux autres primes et bonus\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de travailleurs ayant re\u00e7u une prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire a peut-\u00eatre augment\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, mais le nombre d&#8217;employeurs reste stable \u00e0 0,67%. Les professions lib\u00e9rales, les banques et courtiers en investissements ainsi que le secteur chimique recourent plus souvent aux primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires que la moyenne des autres secteurs. En effet, dans ces secteurs, les employeurs sont quatre \u00e0 six fois plus nombreux que la moyenne \u00e0 verser des primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires \u00e0 leurs travailleurs (2,62% \u00e0 4,11%, contre 0,67%). Les mois de mai, juin, d\u00e9cembre et mars (tant en 2019 qu&rsquo;en 2020) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement populaires pour le versement des primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons que les primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sont principalement vers\u00e9es \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e et juste avant l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. Cela s&rsquo;explique en partie par le fait que ces primes sont vers\u00e9es au maximum six mois apr\u00e8s la fin de l&rsquo;exercice financier. Les employeurs souhaitent probablement aussi donner un petit bonus \u00e0 leurs travailleurs pendant les vacances d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, l&rsquo;augmentation entre 2019 et 2020 a principalement eu lieu en juin 2020 : 2,5 fois plus de primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9es qu&rsquo;en juin 2019\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Heidi Verlinden, HR Research Expert chez Securex.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des avantages fiscaux pour les travailleurs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les travailleurs gagnent davantage avec les primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires (64% de la prime brute) et les bonus salariaux (65%) qu\u2019avec les traditionnels bonus cash (32%). Cependant, les primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sont \u00e0 peine utilis\u00e9es par les employeurs. De plus, il existe des diff\u00e9rences cruciales entre la prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire et les bonus salariaux. Le versement d&rsquo;une prime salariale est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance en fonction d&rsquo;un objectif collectif \u00e0 atteindre. Cela n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessairement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un profit. La prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire, quant \u00e0 elle, ne peut \u00eatre vers\u00e9e que si un profit a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 au cours de l&rsquo;exercice financier pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et elle n&rsquo;est pas li\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;objectifs suppl\u00e9mentaires. Le versement ou non d&rsquo;une prime b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire ne doit pas \u00eatre d\u00e9cid\u00e9 avant, mais seulement apr\u00e8s la cl\u00f4ture de l&rsquo;exercice.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La crise du coronavirus n&rsquo;a pas eu d&rsquo;impact sur les primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, car la plupart des entreprises avaient d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les verser en mars, alors que l&rsquo;impact de la crise \u00e9tait encore tr\u00e8s flou\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Iris Tolpe de Securex Consulting. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il sera donc int\u00e9ressant de voir combien d&rsquo;entreprises paieront des primes en 2021 sur la base des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de 2020. Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019une obligation, mais les travailleurs qui ont re\u00e7u une telle prime l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e l&rsquo;attendront sans doute encore avec impatience cette ann\u00e9e. De plus, les primes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sont tr\u00e8s avantageuses d&rsquo;un point de vue fiscal : \u00e0 partir du montant brut, un travailleur touchera un plus grand montant net.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Source : ces r\u00e9sultats sont bas\u00e9s sur les donn\u00e9es du secr\u00e9tariat social de Securex. L&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon comprend 26.393 entreprises et 198.907 travailleurs du secteur priv\u00e9. Seuls les travailleurs assujettis \u00e0 l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t qui y sont pleinement soumis sont inclus. Les \u00e9tudiants ne font donc pas partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. Les flexi-jobs et les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 forfait ou \u00e0 pourboire ne sont pas non plus inclus.
