Sans correction pour la dur\u00e9e du travail, il grimpe \u00e0 23.1%. Ce deuxi\u00e8me chiffre prend davantage en compte l\u2019effet du temps partiel des femmes. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente o\u00f9 ces chiffres s\u2019\u00e9levaient respectivement \u00e0 9,4% et 23,4%. Pour que l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial disparaisse, <a href=\"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/politique-volontariste-gouvernement-matiere-degalite-genres-etre-mise-oeuvre-aujourdhui\/\">la politique doit passer \u00e0 la vitesse sup\u00e9rieure.<\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le rapport sur l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial publi\u00e9 en 2021 est un rapport \u00e9largi. Tous les 4 ans, l\u2019Institut publie en effet un rapport comprenant les indicateurs suivants : la profession, le secteur d\u2019emploi, le type de contrat, la dur\u00e9e de travail, la r\u00e9gion d\u2019emploi, le niveau d\u2019instruction, l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e2ge, l\u2019\u00e9tat civil, la composition du m\u00e9nage et la nationalit\u00e9. Ceux-ci \u00ab\u00a0n\u2019expliquent\u00a0\u00bb cependant qu\u2019une partie de l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial (49.4%).<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport 2021 met en lumi\u00e8re une certaine pr\u00e9carisation des emplois situ\u00e9s au bas de l\u2019\u00e9chelle du march\u00e9 du travail. Au sein de ce groupe, les femmes qui associent bas salaire et temps partiel sont encore plus vuln\u00e9rables que les hommes. Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial entre hommes et femmes occupant un emploi d\u2019ouvrier-\u00e8re dans le secteur priv\u00e9 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 20,3% lorsqu\u2019il est corrig\u00e9 pour la dur\u00e9e de travail, et \u00e0 43,0 % sans correction.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les salaires moyens des ouvri\u00e8res sont tout simplement trop bas\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Michel Pasteel, le directeur de l\u2019Institut pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des femmes et des hommes. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans le secteur priv\u00e9, une ouvri\u00e8re moyenne ne gagne que 15.500 euros bruts par an. Converti en \u00e9quivalents temps plein, cela repr\u00e9sente moins de 26.000 euros bruts par an. Les femmes ne peuvent pas \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendantes au niveau \u00e9conomique avec de tels revenus. Et nous parlons ici des salaires tels qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient avant la crise li\u00e9e au COVID-19. Comment, avec de tels revenus, ces femmes sont-elles cens\u00e9es faire face lorsque la situation devient plus difficile ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Par ailleurs, 70% des ouvri\u00e8res travaillent \u00e0 temps partiel. Il s\u2019agit souvent d\u2019emplois pr\u00e9caires dans la distribution ou le nettoyage, avec des horaires qui ne permettent pas la combinaison avec un autre emploi, et qui offrent peu de perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>Le Service public f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Emploi, Travail et Concertation sociale souligne \u00e9galement : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ind\u00e9pendamment de l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial, il faut viser un emploi durable et le plus \u00e0 temps plein possible pour les femmes et les hommes. Il ne faut pas oublier que les chiffres de ce rapport portent sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018. Le taux d\u2019emploi a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9v\u00e8rement touch\u00e9 depuis lors. Une participation \u00e9gale au processus de travail est \u00e0 la fois une cons\u00e9quence et une condition importante pour davantage d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour la secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 des genres, Sarah Schlitz, \u00ab\u00a0<em>l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de l\u2019autonomie financi\u00e8re des femmes et donc de leur libert\u00e9 de choisir de mener la vie qu\u2019elles veulent. Pour y parvenir, je m\u2019attaquerai \u00e0 la r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale des t\u00e2ches au sein des m\u00e9nages, qui repose encore trop souvent sur les \u00e9paules des femmes et les emp\u00eache de mener leur carri\u00e8re l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elles le souhaiteraient. Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie dans ce domaine en doublant la dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9 de co-parentalit\u00e9.
