Cette de marge salariale ne permettrait qu\u2019une augmentation de\u00a06\u20ac brut\/mois pour le salaire minimum (sachant que 68% des travailleurs\u00b7euses qui touchent le salaire minimum sont des femmes\u202f) et de\u00a09\u20ac brut\/mois pour beaucoup de fonctions essentielles, majoritairement occup\u00e9es par des femmes\u202f!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat argumente donc qu&rsquo;une augmentation de revenus substantielle \u00e0 travers la revalorisation des salaires bruts b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie et au financement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, gr\u00e2ce aux cotisations vers\u00e9es par les employeurs et les travailleurs et permettra de lutter concr\u00e8tement <a href=\"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/lecart-salarial-entre-femmes-hommes-se-reduit-lentement-lentement\/\">contre l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial entre femmes et hommes.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019Institut pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des femmes et des hommes, <em>\u00ab\u00a0une partie non n\u00e9gligeable de l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial est \u00e0 mettre sur le compte de la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation sectorielle et professionnelle: les femmes se retrouvent en effet davantage dans des secteurs et des m\u00e9tiers moins valoris\u00e9s et moins bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s que les hommes. Or, La crise du coronavirus a mis en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019importance des m\u00e9tiers largement f\u00e9minis\u00e9s puisqu\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme des \u00ab\u202fm\u00e9tiers essentiels\u202f\u00bb (avec notamment les m\u00e9tiers du \u00abcare\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des soins aux personnes). Une augmentation significative des bas salaires permettrait donc de r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial tout en reconnaissant le travail essentiel des m\u00e9tiers sous-valoris\u00e9s. Rappelons que le salaire minimum n\u2019a plus augment\u00e9 depuis 2008\u202f!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat chr\u00e9tien encourage \u00e9galement la R\u00e9duction collective du temps de travail avec maintien du salaire qui permettrait\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 plus de personnes de travailler \u00e0 temps plein, et donc de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de droits pleins (en cas de ch\u00f4mage, de maladie, mais aussi une fois arriv\u00e9es \u00e0 la pension); et.\u00a0d\u2019augmenter le salaire des travailleurs et travailleuses \u00e0 temps partiel : en effet, si les personnes qui travaillent \u00e0 temps plein prestent moins d\u2019heures tout en gardant le m\u00eame salaire, cela implique une augmentation du salaire horaire.
