La gestion des talents, la gestion des co\u00fbts et l&rsquo;identification des opportunit\u00e9s de croissance sont les trois principales priorit\u00e9s des grandes entreprises pour le premier semestre 2021.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude, men\u00e9e en partenariat avec Burning Glass Technologies, montre que la <a href=\"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/augmentation-teletravail-85-managers-ont-desormais-integre-principe-equipes-hybrides-mode-de-fonctionnement\/\">demande de comp\u00e9tences hybrides<\/a> s&rsquo;est consid\u00e9rablement modifi\u00e9e en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction de nouvelles technologies et aux changements \u00e9conomiques qui se sont produits au cours des premiers mois de la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 9 employeurs sur 10 confirment qu&rsquo;un personnel hybride (une combinaison d&#8217;employ\u00e9s \u00e0 distance et d&#8217;employ\u00e9s au bureau) est devenue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment incontournable du paysage professionnel. Dans leurs offres d&#8217;emploi, les employeurs proposant des postes techniques recherchent donc des comp\u00e9tences plus ax\u00e9es sur le relationnel. Pour les postes administratifs en revanche, les employeurs recherchent plut\u00f4t des comp\u00e9tences techniques et informatiques.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la base d&rsquo;une analyse des offres d&#8217;emploi en ligne, des exemples de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences hybrides ont \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs et pour des profils sp\u00e9cifiques recherch\u00e9s. Quelques exemples ci-apr\u00e8s :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Finance &amp; Comptabilit\u00e9 :<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019adapter au changement, \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe, \u00e0 assister les clients et \u00e0 penser de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative est tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9e par les employeurs.<br \/>\nQuelques exemples de fonctions hybrides en finance et comptabilit\u00e9 qui gagnent du terrain : Accounting assistants avec des connaissances en mati\u00e8re de concepts de strat\u00e9gie business (+166%), Financial Controllers capables d\u2019appliquer la r\u00e9flexion conceptuelle (+38%), Accountants sachant coacher une \u00e9quipe (+25%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Assistants administratifs et de direction :<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0une attention accrue est port\u00e9e aux comp\u00e9tences techniques comme la programmation informatique, l\u2019analyse op\u00e9rationnelle et les syst\u00e8mes TIC d\u2019entreprise.<br \/>\nLes fonctions hybrides qui gagnent du terrain :<br \/>\nExecutive Assistants ayant des comp\u00e9tences en analyse op\u00e9rationnelle (+126 %)<br \/>\nOffice Managers \u00e9tant capable de g\u00e9rer des donn\u00e9es et du contenu digital (+20%)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Secteur technologique :<\/strong>\u00a0s<\/em>elon l\u2019\u00e9tude, les comp\u00e9tences techniques d\u00e9montrables doivent s\u2019accompagner de qualit\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes orient\u00e9es vers le client et l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Notamment : \u00e9tablir un lien fort avec le client, assurer le bon suivi client, diriger une \u00e9quipe et bien g\u00e9rer les ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les fonctions hybrides qui gagnent du terrain : Software Developers devant \u00e9tablir un lien avec la client\u00e8le (+74 %), System Engineers tenus de communiquer avec les clients (+44 %)<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La demande pour ces comp\u00e9tences n&rsquo;est pas nouvelle, mais elle a augment\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on exponentielle ces derniers mois en raison de la crise du coronavirus\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Director chez Robert Half. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Selon les General Managers, les trois priorit\u00e9s des entreprises pour le premier semestre 2021 sont la gestion des talents (47 %), la gestion des co\u00fbts (45 %) et l&rsquo;identification des opportunit\u00e9s de croissance (44 %). Cette combinaison de gestion des talents et de la croissance des entreprises non seulement constitue la base des strat\u00e9gies de reprise de nombreuses entreprises \u00e0 ce stade de la pand\u00e9mie, mais se traduit aussi par l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de nouvelles descriptions de postes et par une \u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences requises. Tout comme le travail \u00e0 distance, la demande de ces nouvelles comp\u00e9tences hybrides peut devenir un \u00e9l\u00e9ment incontournable du paysage professionnel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les comp\u00e9tences dont les employeurs sont \u00e0 la recherche, non seulement \u00e9voluent rapidement, mais sont \u00e9galement remodel\u00e9es et combin\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re nouvelle et souvent inattendue. Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, personne n&rsquo;aurait pens\u00e9 que les managers en publicit\u00e9 et en marketing auraient besoin de configurer des logiciels, ou que les d\u00e9veloppeurs de logiciels auraient besoin des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9tablir des relations avec les clients. Les progr\u00e8s technologiques cr\u00e9ent \u00e0 la fois de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s pour les employ\u00e9s mais aussi de nouveaux d\u00e9fis pour les employeurs\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute Matt Sigelman, CEO de Burning Glass Technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Half sugg\u00e8re aux employeurs qui souhaitent d\u00e9velopper une culture d\u2019entreprise ax\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences hybrides, de cr\u00e9er un plan en cinq \u00e9tapes comprenant : une \u00e9valuation des objectifs et des priorit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise, un audit des comp\u00e9tences et des emplois et la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un plan du personnel flexible &#8211; le tout bas\u00e9 sur le concept de \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;apprentissage tout au long de la vie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Du point de vue de la demande et du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, le coronavirus peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l&rsquo;ultime acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur et facteur disruptif. Il s&rsquo;agit d\u00e9sormais de prendre des mesures constructives pour le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences hybrides.
