En 2020, Actiris Inclusive a re\u00e7u 215 signalements de chercheurs d\u2019emploi bruxellois victimes de discrimination. Dans 43% des cas, ces signalements sont effectu\u00e9s sur base de crit\u00e8res \u00ab\u00a0raciaux\u00a0\u00bb. <a href=\"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/diversite-discrimination-2-belges-3-satisfait\u00b7e\u00b7s-de-employeur-7-10-ont-deja-ete-victimes-de-discrimination-travail\/\">Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;implication croissante de nombre d&#8217;employeurs<\/a>, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne reste bien pr\u00e9sent sur le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2019, Actiris a transform\u00e9 son service anti-discrimination pour qu\u2019il devienne \u201cActiris Inclusive &#8211; service anti-discrimination\u201d. Sa mission ? Etre le point de contact, offrir une \u00e9coute attentive et un accompagnement professionnel et sur mesure aux chercheurs d\u2019emploi bruxellois victimes de discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>En 2020, Actiris Inclusive a re\u00e7u 215 signalements allant de demandes d\u2019informations \u00e0 des cas flagrants de discrimination \u00e0 l\u2019embauche. Pour ces signalements, 108 venaient de femmes et 107 venaient d\u2019hommes. La moiti\u00e9 de ces signalements a eu lieu entre janvier et mars 2020: le d\u00e9but de la crise du coronavirus (et donc, du confinement) va de pair avec une nette baisse du nombre de signalements, probablement li\u00e9e \u00e0 une baisse du nombre d\u2019offre d\u2019emplois. Apr\u00e8s le premier assouplissement des mesures, le nombre de signalements a augment\u00e9. Suite au reconfinement, le nombre de signalements a de nouveau baiss\u00e9 durant les 3 derniers mois de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Sur quelles bases ont eu lieu ces signalements ? 43% d\u2019entre eux l\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sur base de crit\u00e8res \u00ab\u00a0raciaux\u00a0\u00bb. Ces crit\u00e8res regroupent la nationalit\u00e9, la couleur de peau ou encore l\u2019origine ethnique. 21% des signalements sont faits sur base de crit\u00e8res philosophiques ou religieux, 14% sur base du genre et 13% sur base de l\u2019\u00e2ge. Les discriminations sur base de la langue, de la sant\u00e9, du handicap ou de l\u2019orientation sexuelle sont en dessous des 3%. Il est important de noter que les signalements sont analys\u00e9s avec une approche intersectionnelle permettant d\u2019identifier si la discrimination se base sur plusieurs crit\u00e8res combin\u00e9s. Dans les chiffres cit\u00e9s ci-dessus, c\u2019est le facteur le plus important qui est pris en compte.<\/p>\n<p>60% des signalements viennent de Bruxelles-Ville et des communes dites du \u00ab\u00a0croissant pauvre\u00a0\u00bb de la R\u00e9gion bruxelloise comme Molenbeek, Anderlecht et Schaerbeek. Ils proviennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de jeunes chercheurs d\u2019emploi (25% entre 27 et 31 ans). Le nombre de signalements diminue avec l\u2019\u00e2ge : plus la population est \u00e2g\u00e9e, moins elle postule mais il est aussi possible que les demandeurs d\u2019emploi plus \u00e2g\u00e9s soient moins enclins \u00e0 signaler une discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>Les collaborateurs de premi\u00e8re ligne d\u2019Actiris Inclusive sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver une solution, pour et avec les personnes discrimin\u00e9es en les accompagnant et en les guidant dans leur recherche d&#8217;emploi, avec, entre autres, l\u2019aide des conseillers emplois. Pour le suivi sur le volet discriminatoire Actiris Inclusive assiste les personnes discrimin\u00e9es sur la dimension psycho-sociale mais aussi dans le suivi de leur dossier vers les organisations concern\u00e9es : Unia (8 dossiers) et l&rsquo;Institut pour l\u2019Egalit\u00e9 des Femmes et des Hommes (1 dossier).<\/p>\n<p>Bernard Clerfayt, ministre bruxellois de l\u2019Emploi: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il est important de souligner que la crise sanitaire n\u2019a pas diminu\u00e9 les cas de discriminations. Et le monde \u00e9conomique succombe encore, souvent de mani\u00e8re inconsciente, \u00e0 la tentation du rejet de la diff\u00e9rence. Actiris Inclusive est une des solutions pour combattre ces discriminations et augmenter la diversit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fatima Zibouh, responsable d\u2019Actiris Inclusive \u2013 service anti-discrimination:\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Les chiffres nous montrent deux choses : que la discrimination \u00e0 l\u2019embauche est encore trop pr\u00e9sente en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise, mais aussi que de plus en plus de chercheurs et chercheuses d\u2019emploi signalent leur discrimination chez Actiris Inclusive, mais il ne s\u2019agit encore que de la partie visible de l\u2019iceberg.
