Plus d&rsquo;un fondateur sur trois (35%) a quitt\u00e9 son employeur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour cr\u00e9er sa propre start-up. Remarquable: quatre sur dix le font d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment afin d\u00b4avoir un impact r\u00e9el sur le monde au sein d\u00b4une jeune start-up agile. A noter que <a href=\"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/starters-independants-saccrochent-a-choix-faveur-de-lentrepreneuriat-malgre-stress-lie-coronavirus\/\">la crise Corona n\u00b4a gu\u00e8re influenc\u00e9 le pas vers l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat<\/a> et la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une start-up (7%).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour beaucoup de gens, changer le monde et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence l&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer est la raison de quitter leur employeur et de cr\u00e9er leur propre start-up. 39% des fondateurs choisissent la vie relativement incertaine d\u00b4une start-up pour avoir plus d\u00b4impact. C\u00b4est ce qui ressort d\u00b4une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par l\u00b4acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur Start it@KBC aupr\u00e8s des 203 jeunes entreprises qui sont venues pr\u00e9senter leurs id\u00e9es commerciales les 24 et 25 mars. C\u00b4est la sixi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive que Start it @KBC organise des vagues de pitch pour attirer des start-ups innovantes, dans le but de les aider \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper. Ann\u00e9e par ann\u00e9e, le nombre de jeunes entreprises qui postulent ne cesse d&rsquo;augmenter.<\/p>\n<p>Mieke Daniels, COO de Start it @KBC:<em> \u00ab Il est frappant de constater le nombre de personnes qui affirment qu\u00b4elles auront plus d&rsquo;impact sur le monde en cr\u00e9ant une start-up elles-m\u00eames qu\u00b4en travaillant pour une grande organisation. La question se pose de savoir pourquoi les gens pensent qu\u00b4ils ne peuvent pas faire la diff\u00e9rence dans les grandes organisations. Il s\u00b4agit l\u00e0 d\u2032un grand d\u00e9fi pour les entreprises. \u00bb<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00ab Les entreprises perdent une grande partie de leurs employ\u00e9s les plus innovants. Les raisons ne manquent pas: ils ne trouvent pas le moyen de d\u00e9tecter ces employ\u00e9s entreprenants, les employ\u00e9s n&rsquo;ont pas la confiance n\u00e9cessaire pour partager leur innovation avec leur employeur, il n\u2019y a pas de structure pour valider une id\u00e9e, \u2026 Pourquoi les entreprises ne sont-elles pas plus nombreuses \u00e0 permettre \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s de d\u00e9velopper leurs propres id\u00e9es et projets au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise, voire \u00e0 en faire des copropri\u00e9taires ? \u00bb<\/em>, ajoute Lode Uytterschaut, CEO de Start it @KBC.<\/p>\n<p>Un tiers (35%) des jeunes entreprises qui sont venues pr\u00e9senter leur id\u00e9e d&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 Start it @KBC ont quitt\u00e9 leur employeur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour cr\u00e9er leur propre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u00b4entre eux (53%) ont toujours voulu d\u00e9marrer leur propre entreprise, mais ont vu une plus grande organisation comme une bonne exp\u00e9rience d\u00b4apprentissage. 7% des start-ups indiquent qu\u00b4elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 forc\u00e9es de trouver d&rsquo;autres sources de revenus en raison de Corona, mais ont fait une vertu de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser leur r\u00eave et cr\u00e9er une start-up.<\/p>\n<p>65% des start-ups se concentrent \u00e0 100% sur leur start-up et en font leur profession principale. 15% g\u00e8rent leur start-up comme une activit\u00e9 secondaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Aper\u00e7u des start-ups Start it @KBC pour cette premi\u00e8re vague en 2021<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>64 start-ups ont \u00e9t\u00e9 admises.
