Ceux-ci doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un cadre efficient, confortable et ergonomique m\u00eame lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de passer le plus clair de leur temps dans un espace personnel priv\u00e9 devenu leur lieu de travail principal sous la contrainte de la pand\u00e9mie. Heureusement, les solutions commencent \u00e0 exister afin d\u2019\u00e9tendre <a href=\"https:\/\/info.econocom.be\/fr\/workplace\/plancafeteria?utm_campaign=Workplace%20Plan%20Cafeteria&amp;utm_source=peoplesphere\">l\u2019offre des catalogues disponibles via les plans caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria<\/a> notamment vers du mobilier de bureau.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Avant m\u00eame que nous n\u2019entrions dans ce qu\u2019il conviendra d\u2019appeler l\u2019\u00e8re du coronavirus, les dispositifs de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations alternatives \/ flexibles, <a href=\"https:\/\/info.econocom.be\/fr\/workplace\/plancafeteria?utm_campaign=Workplace%20Plan%20Cafeteria&amp;utm_source=peoplesphere\">parmi lesquelles les plans caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria<\/a>, se multipliaient au sein de nos organisations. Grande facilit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation, diversit\u00e9 des options d\u2019avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux et haut degr\u00e9 de personnalisation du package de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration figurent parmi les avantages offerts \u00e0 un nombre croissant de travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis lors, le t\u00e9l\u00e9ravail structurel s\u2019est install\u00e9 et concerne d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e8s de 40% de la population active (contre environ 27% avant le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie) : ce qui veut dire, en consid\u00e9rant l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs en ce compris celles et ceux oeuvrant en premi\u00e8re ligne, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 une pr\u00e9sence physique est indispensable sur le lieu de travail, pr\u00e8s de 4 personnes sur 10 travaillent depuis leur domicile \u00e0 raison de minimum 1 jour par semaine. Pour certain.e.s d\u2019entre eux, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est m\u00eame devenu une situation normale, fortement recommand\u00e9e puis impos\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s pour \u00eatre dans la foul\u00e9e pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e par leurs entreprises qui sont entr\u00e9es dans de nouvelles formes de collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la continuit\u00e9, il est logique que les t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs sollicitent leur employeur afin que celui-ci intervienne dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de leurs \u00e9quipements. C\u2019est \u00e0 la fois une question de productivit\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9vention en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de bien-\u00eatre\u2026 Sans surprise, nous voyons s\u2019\u00e9toffer les catalogues des produits propos\u00e9s aux collaborateurs dans le cadre de leurs plans caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria. En tant que fournisseur de solutions informatiques, Econocom tente par exemple d\u2019accompagner ses clients en offrant la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acheter du mat\u00e9riel et mobilier de bureau via le portail d\u00e9di\u00e9 jusqu\u2019 il y a peu aux \u00e9quipements IT classiques tels que les smartphones, laptops, tablettes, etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La circulaire administrative publi\u00e9e par l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif \u00e0 la fin du mois de f\u00e9vrier dernier clarifie par ailleurs les possibilit\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de r\u00e9gimes favorables sur le plan de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Marc Nagelmackers, sp\u00e9cialiste des plans de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations alternatives et solutions de mobilit\u00e9 chez Econocom, explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9centes d\u00e9cisions de nos autorit\u00e9s permettent en effet \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de prendre en charge des \u00e9quipements de bureau que les travailleurs souhaitent acqu\u00e9rir pour am\u00e9liorer leur confort de travail, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019ils rentrent dans un r\u00e9gime de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail structurel (minimum 1 jour\/semaine). Cela permet donc d\u2019aller plus loin que les traditionnels outils de travail informatiques et des p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques &#8211; imprimante, scanner, casque t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique, \u00e9cran d\u2019appoint, clavier\u2026\u00a0&#8211; et de prendre en consid\u00e9ration d\u00e9sormais un si\u00e8ge, une table, une armoire ou encore une lampe de bureau de qualit\u00e9 professionnelle.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il suffit que l\u2019employeur mette \u00e0 disposition ce mat\u00e9riel dans des circonstances normales sur le lieu de travail et que le montant concerne soit raisonnable pour que celui-ci soit \u00e9ligible.<\/p>\n<p>Les exemples mentionn\u00e9s dans la circulaire sont clairs. Marc Nagelmackers reprend: \u00ab\u00a0<em>En effet, prenons un employeur accordant dans le cadre du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail une indemnit\u00e9 forfaitaire de bureau de 129,48 euros par mois aux travailleurs qui effectuent du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail structurel et r\u00e9gulier. En plus de cette indemnit\u00e9 forfaitaire de bureau, l&#8217;employeur peut rembourser \u00e9galement le si\u00e8ge de bureau achet\u00e9 par le travailleur. Les deux indemnit\u00e9s peuvent entrer en consid\u00e9ration en tant que d\u00e9penses propres \u00e0 l\u2019employeur.\u00a0L\u2019employeur peut d\u00e9cider de rembourser via un payement unique ou \u00e9tal\u00e9 sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es, en fonction de la dur\u00e9e d\u2019utilisation convenue pour le mat\u00e9riel concern\u00e9. Dans le cas pr\u00e9sent, si l\u2019employeur devait rembourser \u00e0 nouveau l\u2019achat d\u2019un autre si\u00e8ge de bureau durant la dur\u00e9e d\u2019utilisation normale, ce deuxi\u00e8me montant serait alors consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration imposable. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les achats d\u00e9raisonnables (mat\u00e9riel luxueux ou non conforme aux standards mis \u00e0 disposition dans le cadre du travail normal. Dans tous les cas, l\u2019employeur doit veiller \u00e0 tenir les pi\u00e8ces justificatives n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 disposition.
