Dans sa nouvelle fonction bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Bruxelles, il dirigera la poursuite du d\u00e9veloppement des clients en Belgique et la communication des services de consultance de Mercer. En outre, il coordonnera les services de conseil pour les clients multinationales au travers de l\u2019Europe.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Doron Cohen est titulaire d\u2019un Doctorat en sciences biom\u00e9dicales de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Cambridge et d\u2019un MBA de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Paris. Il a pass\u00e9 la majorit\u00e9 de sa carri\u00e8re en tant que consultant chez les Big 4, tant au Royaume-Uni qu\u2019en Belgique. Il peut se targuer d\u2019une grande expertise dans le changement strat\u00e9gique, le d\u00e9veloppement et la transformation d\u2019organisations, ainsi que les fusions et acquisitions. Par la suite, il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur strat\u00e9gique et d\u2019acquisition pour une entreprise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en Su\u00e8de. Depuis son arriv\u00e9e chez Mercer il y a quatre ans, il a occup\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes fonction europ\u00e9ennes et en Benelux.<\/p>\n<p>Il se focalisera avec les \u00e9quipes de Mercer en outre sur les services de conseils de ce que l\u2019on appelle les benefits, la gestion des talents et une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e en termes de health management, de solutions pour la gestion des risques et de conseils globaux en mati\u00e8re de pension: <em>\u00abLes entreprises du segment interm\u00e9diaire du march\u00e9 sont particuli\u00e8rement confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis majeurs dans le domaine de la gestion de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre de leurs collaborateurs, surtout au vu du vieillissement de leur personnel et du cadre l\u00e9gislatif en constante \u00e9volution.
