En mieux? En pire? Le changement sera-t-il \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re ou durable? Pour \u00e9clairer la situation dans les TPE-PME, UCM a interrog\u00e9 un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif de 700 employeurs de son secr\u00e9tariat social. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate indique que les situations v\u00e9cues sont tr\u00e8s diverses et tr\u00e8s nuanc\u00e9es. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il faut se garder de g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail peut \u00eatre mal v\u00e9cu, ou au contraire am\u00e9liorer la vie de l&rsquo;entreprise. Pour certains patrons, il n&rsquo;y aura pas de retour en arri\u00e8re complet.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re constatation de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate est que les petites entreprises, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en contact direct avec les clients, ne sont bien souvent pas en mesure d&rsquo;instaurer le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;obligation \u00ab\u00a0partout o\u00f9 c&rsquo;est possible\u00a0\u00bb, une minorit\u00e9 de 43,7 % seulement le pratique. Parmi cette minorit\u00e9, une entreprise sur quatre seulement avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 instaur\u00e9 du travail \u00e0 domicile avant la crise. Pour les autres, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait une nouveaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les employeurs qui pratiquent le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, 31% pensent que cela nuit au bon fonctionnement et aspirent \u00e0 y mettre fin. Les autres estiment que le boulot est aussi bien fait et 28,5 % constatent m\u00eame une am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9. Ils sont donc 58 % \u00e0 vouloir p\u00e9renniser le travail \u00e0 domicile, dans des formules tr\u00e8s variables mais souvent pour un jour ou deux par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Les freins au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sont d&rsquo;abord la perte de coh\u00e9sion des \u00e9quipes (44 %), l&rsquo;opposition du personnel (16 %) et le co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;adaptation du mat\u00e9riel (15 %).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate montre la facult\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation des petites entreprises et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 retirer du positif dans les situations les plus compliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: UCM<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Massivement introduit en mars 2020, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail a boulevers\u00e9 les relations entre les employeurs et leurs salari\u00e9s.
