Les organisations syndicales revendiquent le respect et manifesteront ce 19 mai <a href=\"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/accord-inter-professionnel-2021-2022-gouvernement-pense-t-regler-conflit-prime-corona-de-500-euros-sein-entreprises-ont-reussi-malgre-crise\/\">suite \u00e0 la proposition du gouvernement, jug\u00e9e sans surprise inadapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des travailleurs.<\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La FGTB et la CSC veulent dresser les constats suivants :<br \/>\n<em>1) Une position de blocage des patrons pour permettre une r\u00e9elle concertation juste et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2) Que ce sont pourtant les travailleurs et les travailleuses qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 essentiels et ont fait tourner l\u2019\u00e9conomie pendant la crise, au prix de nombreux sacrifices;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3) Que l\u2019augmentation des salaires est confin\u00e9e alors qu\u2019il n\u2019en est rien des dividendes aux actionnaires;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4) Que les salaires ne prot\u00e8gent plus de la pauvret\u00e9. Que les plus \u00e2g\u00e9(e)s sont \u00e9puis\u00e9(e)s et souhaitent r\u00e9duire leur temps de travail alors que les plus jeunes ne demandent qu\u2019\u00e0 entrer sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats rappellent encore qu\u2019il faut encadrer les restructurations \u00e0 venir pour limiter la \u00ab casse sociale \u00bb. Ils exigent donc :<\/p>\n<p><em>1) La libert\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation des salaires et donc une modification de la Loi de 96 en ce sens;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2) Une augmentation phas\u00e9e du salaire minimum et des bas salaires;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3) Des am\u00e9nagements de fin de carri\u00e8re afin que les plus \u00e2g\u00e9s puissent souffler et passer le relais aux plus jeunes;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4) La r\u00e9instauration des pr\u00e9pensions en cas de restructuration et pour des m\u00e9tiers p\u00e9nibles.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Et expliquent enfin pourquoi les ch\u00e8ques consommation de 500\u20ac nets propos\u00e9s par le gouvernement De Croo ne leur conviennent pas:<\/p>\n<p><em>1) M\u00eame s\u2019ils pourront \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9s au niveau des secteurs, 500\u20ac sont un montant maximum qui risque de ne concerner qu\u2019un nombre trop limit\u00e9 de travailleurs et de travailleuses;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2) Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un montant net, d\u00e9ductible fiscalement pour l\u2019employeur et avec des cotisations r\u00e9duites. Cela met donc fortement \u00e0 mal la solidarit\u00e9 et le financement de notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une importance capitale lors de cette crise sanitaire (ch\u00f4mage temporaire et soins de sant\u00e9);<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3) Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une prime \u00ab one shot \u00bb qui ne pourra \u00eatre octroy\u00e9e qu\u2019une fois en 2021 ou 2022, ind\u00e9pendamment d\u2019une possible reprise \u00e9conomique.
