De m\u00eame, le classement des motifs guidant le choix d\u2019un employeur ne subit pas de changements notables. Le secteur pharmaceutique reste le plus attractif. Et Janssen Pharmaceutica conserve pour la cinqui\u00e8me fois son titre d\u2019employeur le plus attractif de Belgique, devenant ainsi le d\u00e9tenteur du record absolu. Les banques et assurances affichent les meilleurs scores en mati\u00e8re de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et d\u2019environnement de travail covid-safe. La nouvelle normalit\u00e9 ressemble fort \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne, surtout dans l\u2019univers de l\u2019employer branding.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, le coronavirus nous avait amen\u00e9s \u00e0 pressentir quelques grands changements en termes d\u2019employer branding. Nous basant sur les \u00e9volutions qui ont suivi la crise financi\u00e8re de 2008, nous partions du principe que les scores globaux d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 allaient chuter. Nous pensions \u00e9galement que les crit\u00e8res guidant le choix d\u2019un employeur se modifieraient. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi gagnerait de l\u2019importance au d\u00e9triment du salaire et des avantages. Nous supputions aussi des modifications dans le classement des secteurs et entreprises les plus attractifs. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le coronavirus a eu peu, voire pas d\u2019influence sur l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des entreprises. Tant l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 globale que les scores d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 pour les diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res (salaire, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi, ambiance de travail) ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement progress\u00e9. La principale explication \u00e0 ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est sans doute le fait que le coronavirus n\u2019a pas entra\u00een\u00e9 de r\u00e9cession \u00e9conomique jusqu\u2019ici. L\u2019impact sur le ch\u00f4mage est rest\u00e9 tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour. De m\u00eame, les motifs qui nous poussent \u00e0 choisir tel ou tel employeur n\u2019ont pas chang\u00e9. Le crit\u00e8re \u00ab salaire &amp; avantages \u00bb continue \u00e0 dominer en ma\u00eetre. Pour le reste, le classement reste quasiment inchang\u00e9. Le secteur pharmaceutique se r\u00e9v\u00e8le une fois encore le plus attractif. M\u00eame le vainqueur n\u2019est pas un inconnu : Janssen Pharmaceutica.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Janssen Pharmaceutica \u00e9lu employeur le plus attractif.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour la cinqui\u00e8me fois, Janssen Pharmaceutica d\u00e9croche le titre d\u2019employeur le plus attractif, ce qui fait de cette entreprise la d\u00e9tentrice du record absolu, devant Deme et GlaxoSmithKline (quatre victoires respectives). Le g\u00e9ant pharmaceutique l\u2019emporte sur deux nouveaux venus : Seris et Nike. Bayer et DPG Media compl\u00e8tent le top 5. Janssen Pharmaceutica consolide sa victoire en l\u2019emportant sur six fronts diff\u00e9rents : sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi, perspectives de carri\u00e8re, contenu de la fonction, salaire &amp; avantages et environnement de travail covid-safe. AG Insurance se r\u00e9v\u00e8le l\u2019employeur le plus attractif en termes de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre travail\/vie priv\u00e9e. Nike est pour sa part l\u2019employeur le plus attractif aupr\u00e8s des jeunes (-30). Parmi les r\u00e9pondants francophones, c\u2019est Seris qui d\u00e9croche la palme de l\u2019employeur le plus attractif, d\u00e9tr\u00f4nant \u00e9trangement la RTBF.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le secteur pharma reste le plus attractif.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le classement des secteurs ne subit pas non plus de grands changements suite au coronavirus. Le secteur a\u00e9ronautique, qui a pourtant fortement souffert de la pand\u00e9mie, occupe la deuxi\u00e8me place en termes d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 globale, juste derri\u00e8re le secteur pharmaceutique. Les r\u00e9pondants ne pr\u00e9voyaient donc pas de paralysie durable pour le secteur. D\u00e9tail int\u00e9ressant : le pharma rejoint \u00e9galement le top 3 pour le crit\u00e8re de la RSE. Nous en d\u00e9duisons que ce secteur a plus gagn\u00e9 que perdu du cr\u00e9dit dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la distribution des diff\u00e9rents vaccins.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et l\u2019environnement de travail covid-safe influent peu.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le coronavirus nous a amen\u00e9s \u00e0 inclure deux nouveaux crit\u00e8res dans notre \u00e9tude : la possibilit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler et l\u2019environnement de travail covid-safe. Ces crit\u00e8res affichent des scores moyens en termes d\u2019importance. Respectivement 38 et 39% de r\u00e9pondants estiment ces crit\u00e8res importants dans le choix d\u2019un employeur. Globalement, ce sont les banques et assurances qui d\u00e9crochent les meilleurs scores dans ces crit\u00e8res. Si le secteur sort vainqueur dans les deux cas, ces victoires ne suffisent pas \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer son classement global. Au contraire, puisque ce secteur perd quelques places. Voil\u00e0 qui prouve encore une fois que le coronavirus n\u2019exerce que peu d\u2019effet sur l\u2019image de marque globale des employeurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Employer branding : le facteur oubli\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le principal constat est que les pr\u00e9dictions ne se sont pas confirm\u00e9es. Les marques d\u2019employeur des entreprises belges ont bien tenu le coup. La principale explication r\u00e9side dans l\u2019absence des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives de la crise du coronavirus. Le ch\u00f4mage a \u00e0 peine augment\u00e9. Mais peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019un autre facteur encore a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9bastien Cosentino, sp\u00e9cialiste du march\u00e9 du travail chez Randstad : <em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re crise pendant laquelle les entreprises ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019investir activement dans leur image de marque. Lors de la crise pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, l\u2019employer branding n\u2019\u00e9tait pas encore suffisamment ancr\u00e9 dans les m\u0153urs et avait alors \u00e9t\u00e9 temporairement rel\u00e9gu\u00e9 au second plan. Ce fut nettement moins souvent le cas cette fois. Quantit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprises ont poursuivi leurs activit\u00e9s d\u2019employer branding en 2020.
