Elle est oblig\u00e9e de constater que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments actuellement sur la table, s\u2019ils \u00e9taient concr\u00e9tis\u00e9s, cr\u00e9eraient un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre flagrant en d\u00e9faveur des travailleuses et travailleurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat veut rappeler une ultime fois les balises d\u2019un accord juste \u00e0 ses yeux:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une am\u00e9lioration substantielle du salaire minimum qui s\u2019enclenche d\u00e8s 2022 et qui se poursuit progressivement ;<\/li>\n<li>Le maintien des syst\u00e8mes de pr\u00e9pensions\/RCC, en ce compris la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019y avoir recours d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de 58 ans dans les entreprises en restructuration et pour les m\u00e9tiers lourds ;<\/li>\n<li>Le maintien des emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 4\/5\u00e8me temps d\u00e8s 55 ans et l\u2019acc\u00e8s au \u00bd temps d\u00e8s 55 ans \u00e9galement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel des n\u00e9gociations, ces priorit\u00e9s sont insuffisamment prises en compte.\u00a0La FGTB d\u00e9cide de poursuivre la discussion car elle veut r\u00e9solument un accord \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 qui am\u00e9liore les conditions de travail. La FGTB veut donner toutes les chances d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 cet accord. Toutefois, si le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre devait persister au terme du prochain G10, elle pourra d\u00e9cider de d\u00e9clencher des actions, interprofessionnelles et sectorielles, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce que qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9.\u00a0<\/em><em>La FGTB refuse cat\u00e9goriquement la norme salariale imp\u00e9rative de 0,4%, f\u00fbt-elle assortie d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle prime en net\u2026Nous attendons du gouvernement qu\u2019il ne prenne pas la moindre initiative en mati\u00e8re de salaires tant qu\u2019aucune avanc\u00e9e n\u2019est obtenue sur nos trois priorit\u00e9s (voir ci-dessus).<\/em><br \/>\n<em>En tout \u00e9tat de cause, il ne peut pas imposer un carcan aux seuls revenus du travail en laissant s\u2019envoler les revenus du capital (art.14 de la loi de 1996).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La FGTB a r\u00e9uni ses instances ce samedi matin pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat de la n\u00e9gociation dans le cadre de l\u2019AIP.
