En raison de la pand\u00e9mie, 2020 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e particuli\u00e8re pour tout le monde. En ces temps incertains, il \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement important de fixer les bonnes priorit\u00e9s. Dans quelle mesure la Covid-19 a-t-elle influenc\u00e9 le bon fonctionnement des RH?\u00a0Dans le cadre de cette enqu\u00eate en ligne, 104 organisations ont partag\u00e9 leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs pr\u00e9occupations. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces organisations, le HR Barometer de cette ann\u00e9e a touch\u00e9 363.631 employ\u00e9s en Belgique.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les nombreux changements dans la liste des priorit\u00e9s durant l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e particuli\u00e8re qu\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 2020, par rapport aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes marqu\u00e9es par la stabilit\u00e9, ne sont pas vraiment surprenants. Sans surprise, le Well-being, les New ways of working et la Digital Transformation apparaissent soudainement dans le top 3, m\u00eame si ces activit\u00e9s ne figuraient pas en t\u00eate de liste des priorit\u00e9s auparavant. Mais cela ne signifie pas que les anciennes priorit\u00e9s, telles que le Leadership Development et le Learning &amp; Development, ont perdu de leur importance. Au contraire, ces domaines se montrent relativement stables et demeurent un atout important.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie surtout qu&rsquo;en 2021, les RH auront plusieurs chats \u00e0 fouetter. Car d&rsquo;autres domaines relevant des RH ont gagn\u00e9 en priorit\u00e9. Citons par exemple le Teamwork, le Performance Management et la HR Operational Excellence, qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un meilleur contr\u00f4le, sont devenus des atouts.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les 3 plus grandes priorit\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nWell-being<br \/>\nThe new ways of working<br \/>\nDigital Transformation<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les 3 principaux atouts<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nIndustrial Relationships<br \/>\nSelection &amp; Recruitment<br \/>\nEngagement<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les 3 priorit\u00e9s en fin de liste<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nEmployer branding<br \/>\nRetention<br \/>\nStagnation\/downsizing<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les 3 domaines \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDigital Transformation<br \/>\nDiversity<br \/>\nHR Analytics<\/p>\n<p>Agility, Strategic Workforce Planning et Digital Transformation ont \u00e9galement vu leur niveau de priorit\u00e9 augmenter, mais les responsables RH reconnaissent qu&rsquo;ils ne les ma\u00eetrisent pas encore parfaitement. Ces constats laissent aussi penser que chaque d\u00e9partement RH a davantage de pain sur la planche.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Continuer \u00e0 se concentrer sur la croissance<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;organisation \u00e0 la croissance est devenue moins prioritaire, mais \u00e0 l\u2019instar de l&rsquo;aspect Selection &amp; Recruitement, elle demeure importante. Retention et Employer Branding ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 rel\u00e9gu\u00e9s au second plan. Une \u00e9volution notable, car l\u2019Employer Branding figurait encore dans le top 5 des priorit\u00e9s du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent HR Barometer.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter que la pr\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;organisation \u00e0 la stagnation ou au downsizing, m\u00eame en ces temps de crise, a gard\u00e9 une position extr\u00eamement basse sur la liste des priorit\u00e9s. Les responsables RH d\u00e9montrent ainsi qu\u2019ils croient encore fortement \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir et au d\u00e9veloppement de leur organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9lioration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons cependant pu relever un certain nombre de domaines \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer. Les pratiques RH consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme hautement prioritaires et pour lesquelles les organisations se sentent moins expertes sont, par exemple, Digital Transformation et Agility. Les entreprises ne se sentent pas non plus parfaitement pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 la Strategic Workforce Planning. Les organisations savent \u00e0 quel point il est important de suivre rapidement les \u00e9volutions num\u00e9riques et de travailler de mani\u00e8re agile.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9vident que l&rsquo;impact de la Covid-19 et de toutes les mesures connexes a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable cette ann\u00e9e. La crise sanitaire a \u00e9galement impos\u00e9 de nouveaux d\u00e9fis aux d\u00e9partements des ressources humaines. En particulier dans les domaines du bien-\u00eatre, de la connexion, du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et de la communication. Pour faire face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, les d\u00e9partements RH sont devenus plus strat\u00e9giques et\/ou plus op\u00e9rationnels, mais se sont \u00e9galement num\u00e9ris\u00e9s davantage. Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, le nombre de d\u00e9fis ne relevant pas du coronavirus reste limit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nous pouvons donc conclure que la Covid-19 a rendu la t\u00e2che des RH plus ardue. Davantage de domaines RH ont \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9s comme prioritaires. Le d\u00e9partement RH a gagn\u00e9 en importance et en impact sous l&rsquo;effet de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00c0 quoi ressemblera l&rsquo;avenir?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir, les responsables RH pr\u00e9voient de se concentrer \u00e0 nouveau principalement sur le Leadership Development et le Talent Management. Les New ways of working, le Well-being et la Digital Transformation resteront cependant sur la liste des priorit\u00e9s. Pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir, mais probablement aussi pour les suivantes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Le HR Barometer est une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en \u00e9troite collaboration entre le cabinet de conseils en ressources humaines Hudson et la Vlerick Business School.
