Alors que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 commence \u00e0 apercevoir la lumi\u00e8re au bout du tunnel apr\u00e8s plus d\u2019un an de crise sanitaire et de confinements successifs, les candidats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi recherchent un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Depuis toujours, l\u2019interim est per\u00e7u comme une forme de contrat de travail pr\u00e9caire. Or, il n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment plus pr\u00e9caire qu\u2019un CDI. Les avantages de l\u2019int\u00e9rim sont nombreux, et sa flexibilit\u00e9 l\u2019a rendu indispensable sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi en 2020\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Olivier Dufour, Executive Director de Page Personnel Belgique. L\u2019int\u00e9rim semble aussi \u00eatre la forme de travail la plus en ad\u00e9quation avec les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Injustement malaim\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du travail<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La crise \u00e9pid\u00e9mique et le chamboulement du march\u00e9 du travail qu\u2019elle a entra\u00een\u00e9 ont renforc\u00e9 le besoin de sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le chef des travailleurs et des candidats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle seulement 15% d\u2019entre eux envisagent de postuler \u00e0 des postes d\u2019int\u00e9rimaires en 2021. Interpellant, quand on sait que c\u2019est l\u2019int\u00e9rim qui a permis au march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi de se maintenir \u00e0 flot lorsque certains secteurs ont stopp\u00e9 leurs recrutements pendant les confinements successifs. Un type de contrat de travail qui ne m\u00e9rite pas forc\u00e9ment sa r\u00e9putation de pr\u00e9caire.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La mauvaise perception du contrat d\u2019int\u00e9rimaire nous vient de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de nos parents. Quand ce type de contrats f\u00fbt mit en place, il \u00e9tait surtout destin\u00e9 aux petits boulots temporaires dans le secteur de la construction, plut\u00f4t synonyme de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9. Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019int\u00e9rim est un contrat de travail pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par de nombreux secteurs et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par les travailleurs. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, un travailleur int\u00e9rimaire n\u2019est pas moins en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qu\u2019un travailleur en CDI. Les mentalit\u00e9s doivent encore \u00e9voluer\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Olivier Dufour.<\/p>\n<p>Si certaines id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues doivent encore \u00e9voluer, le contrat de travail int\u00e9rimaire est tout sauf un mode de travail d\u00e9pass\u00e9. Plus en ad\u00e9quation avec l\u2019id\u00e9e du monde du travail que se font les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, l\u2019int\u00e9rim pourrait avoir de beaux jours devant lui. Le contrat int\u00e9rimaire offre de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage, il permet de r\u00e9aliser et de toucher \u00e0 de nombreux m\u00e9tiers avant de s\u2019orienter d\u00e9finitivement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019int\u00e9rim, c\u2019est le futur. Les jeunes, d\u00e9sireux de mener une balance vie professionnelle\/vie priv\u00e9e la plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e possible, commencent petit \u00e0 petit \u00e0 se tourner vers l\u2019int\u00e9rim. Nous sommes dans un march\u00e9 de candidats, non plus un march\u00e9 de clients. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que ces jeunes trouveront toujours de nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s pour r\u00e9aliser les diff\u00e9rentes carri\u00e8res auxquelles ils aspirent.
