Les entreprises et leurs collaborateurs n\u2019ont pas pour autant mis les check-ups m\u00e9dicaux pr\u00e9ventifs en veilleuse, bien au contraire. \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u202fLa sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs, tant sur le plan physique que mental, restent importants pour les entreprises. En p\u00e9riode de COVID-19 en particulier, nous avons d\u00fb nous rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence en ce qui concerne l\u2019importance de notre sant\u00e9. Nous le constatons dans la demande exponentielle de check-ups pr\u00e9ventifs au cours du premier semestre de 2021. Soit 36\u202f% de plus par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise Petra Parren, Product Delivery Manager chez Attentia, sp\u00e9cialiste des RH et du bien-\u00eatre.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un check-up pr\u00e9ventif est une visite m\u00e9dicale suppl\u00e9mentaire que les entreprises peuvent proposer \u00e0 leur personnel. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cela va au-del\u00e0 des examens m\u00e9dicaux p\u00e9riodiques impos\u00e9s par la loi pour certaines cat\u00e9gories de travailleurs. Les check-ups m\u00e9dicaux pr\u00e9ventifs sensibilisent vos collaborateurs \u00e0 l\u2019importance d\u2019un mode de vie sain au travail et en dehors. Un collaborateur qui opte pour ce check-up pr\u00e9ventif a une vision compl\u00e8te de son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 actuel\u202f<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, explique Petra Parren. Comme le risque de maladies cardiovasculaires augmente \u00e0 partir de 40 ans, Attentia recommande aussi toujours \u00e0 partir de cet \u00e2ge-l\u00e0 un \u00e9lectrocardiogramme (ECG) au repos et \u00e0 l\u2019effort.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Modification \u00e0 cause du coronavirus<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie a non seulement entra\u00een\u00e9 une hausse des demandes de check-ups m\u00e9dicaux, mais elle a \u00e9galement modifi\u00e9 le d\u00e9roulement de ces derniers. Petra Parren : <em>\u00ab\u202fAvant, par exemple, la prise de sang pr\u00e9alable se faisait au sein m\u00eame de l\u2019entreprise. \u00c0 cause de la crise sanitaire et de la hausse du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, c\u2019est devenu plus compliqu\u00e9. C\u2019est pourquoi nous demandons aux collaborateurs de passer dans un centre de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement pr\u00e8s de chez eux. Nous collaborons avec plusieurs laboratoires, ce qui nous permet de disposer d\u2019un r\u00e9seau finement maill\u00e9 qui limite les d\u00e9placements du collaborateur.\u202f\u00bb <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le check-up m\u00e9dical est le m\u00eame qu\u2019avant, mais tout se d\u00e9roule bien s\u00fbr dans le respect des r\u00e8gles li\u00e9es au coronavirus. Avant et apr\u00e8s la visite d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0patient\u00a0\u00bb, la pi\u00e8ce et les instruments sont d\u00e9sinfect\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<em>\u202fDe m\u00eame, le collaborateur n\u2019est en contact qu\u2019avec le m\u00e9decin et l\u2019infirmier. Il ne voit m\u00eame pas les personnes qui ont rendez-vous avant ou apr\u00e8s lui\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, insiste Petra Parren.<\/p>\n<p>En raison du coronavirus, les probl\u00e8mes mentaux font eux aussi l\u2019objet d\u2019une plus grande attention. Ils ont d\u2019ailleurs un impact sur la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil de certaines personnes. C\u2019est pourquoi Attentia a \u00e9largi son offre avec le test du sommeil \u00e0 domicile (en collaboration avec son partenaire Sunrise). Cela se fait \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un capteur plac\u00e9 sur le menton. Les r\u00e9sultats sont enregistr\u00e9s via une app et lus \u00e0 distance. Petra Parren: <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u202fCela permet \u00e0 un collaborateur de faire un test du sommeil chez lui plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital, ce qui lui \u00e9vite un certain stress. Un bon rythme de sommeil est un facteur important pour rester en bonne sant\u00e9 physique et mentale.\u202f\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les collaborateurs n\u2019annulent pas<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attentia remarque que les collaborateurs optent d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment pour un check-up m\u00e9dical et que presque aucun rendez-vous n\u2019est annul\u00e9. En effet, un tel examen m\u00e9dical extral\u00e9gal propos\u00e9 par l\u2019entreprise pr\u00e9sente divers avantages pour le collaborateur. D\u2019une part, il a une vue d\u2019ensemble compl\u00e8te sur son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et il re\u00e7oit un rapport m\u00e9dical personnel assorti de recommandations. Ces informations ne sont pas partag\u00e9es avec le m\u00e9decin du travail. D\u2019autre part, c\u2019est beaucoup plus efficace que lorsqu\u2019un collaborateur doit tout organiser lui-m\u00eame. <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u202fLe check-up dure environ 1 heure \u00e0 1 heure 30, en fonction de la formule choisie. Si le collaborateur doit prendre rendez-vous avec des sp\u00e9cialistes pour tous ces tests et se d\u00e9placer plusieurs fois, cela lui prend beaucoup plus de temps\u202f\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Petra Parren.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise en tire \u00e9galement profit. Elle peut demander un rapport d\u2019entreprise global anonymis\u00e9 afin d\u2019avoir une vue d\u2019ensemble sur certains risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de ses collaborateurs. <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u202fElle ne re\u00e7oit \u00e9videmment pas de d\u00e9tails ou r\u00e9sultats personnels, mais bien des chiffres g\u00e9n\u00e9raux qui lui permettent de d\u00e9terminer des actions internes cibl\u00e9es en vue d\u2019une am\u00e9lioration. Imaginez par exemple que le rapport fait \u00e9tat d\u2019un IMC moyen de 27 (l\u00e9g\u00e8rement trop \u00e9lev\u00e9), l\u2019entreprise peut alors d\u00e9cider de mettre en place des actions cibl\u00e9es sur l\u2019importance d\u2019une alimentation saine, par exemple en ne proposant que des collations saines \u00e0 la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria.
