Pr\u00e8s de sept entreprises sur dix ont d\u00e9sormais confiance en leurs travailleurs en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. 62% d\u2019entre elles estiment que le travail \u00e0 domicile a un effet positif sur l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019il ressort de la grande enqu\u00eate employeurs d\u2019Acerta. Malgr\u00e9 le retour progressif au bureau, les chiffres montrent que le travail \u00e0 domicile restera d\u2019actualit\u00e9 dans les entreprises \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re conclusion frappante de l\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u2019Acerta : les entreprises placent le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail en t\u00eate de leurs priorit\u00e9s dans le domaine des RH pour les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es. 39 % des r\u00e9pondants ont opt\u00e9 pour le th\u00e8me RH \u00ab\u2009travailler ind\u00e9pendamment des horaires et du lieu\u2009\u00bb, ce qui en fait la r\u00e9ponse la plus choisie. Malgr\u00e9 le retour progressif sur le lieu de travail, le travail \u00e0 domicile continuera donc \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le important dans les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 domicile \u00e9tant devenu la norme depuis un an et demi, les entreprises en ont ainsi d\u00e9couvert tous les avantages. Pr\u00e8s de sept entreprises sur dix (68 %) d\u00e9clarent actuellement faire confiance \u00e0 leurs travailleurs en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. 62 % consid\u00e8rent que le travail \u00e0 domicile contribue \u00e0 un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des employeurs (52 %) pr\u00e9voient d\u2019encourager le travail \u00e0 domicile \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Et 49 % ne se limitent pas \u00e0 leur propre entreprise et sont d\u2019avis que la taxation all\u00e9g\u00e9e sur les trajets domicile-travail constitue \u00e9galement un argument valable pour la poursuite du travail \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le personnel preste plus d\u2019heures et est plus productif<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 domicile implique non seulement de travailler dans un lieu diff\u00e9rent (travail ind\u00e9pendant du lieu), mais a \u00e9galement un impact sur le moment et le nombre d\u2019heures de travail (travail ind\u00e9pendant des horaires). 40 % des employeurs constatent que les collaborateurs en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail prestent en moyenne plus d\u2019heures par semaine. Trois employeurs sur dix d\u00e9clarent que leurs travailleurs font moins d\u2019heures.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, 38 % des employeurs estiment que les travailleurs sont plus productifs quand ils travaillent \u00e0 domicile que lorsqu\u2019ils sont au bureau. Pour 40 %, le travail \u00e0 domicile ne change rien tandis que 22 % consid\u00e8rent que les travailleurs en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sont moins productifs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pas de nombre fixe de jours de travail \u00e0 domicile<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate montre \u00e9galement que le \u00ab\u2009travail \u00e0 domicile\u2009\u00bb implique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement (pour 60 % des employeurs) un certain nombre de jours de travail \u00e0 la maison par semaine, \u00e0 convenir avec le dirigeant (dans 61 % des cas). Une minorit\u00e9 des employeurs, 37 %, n\u2019exprime pas le travail \u00e0 domicile en jours.<\/p>\n<p>Laura Couchard, conseill\u00e8re juridique chez Acerta, explique : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous devrions arriver \u00e0 une situation o\u00f9 le type d\u2019activit\u00e9, l\u2019objectif et l\u2019interaction souhait\u00e9e d\u00e9terminent s\u2019il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de travailler \u00e0 domicile ou au bureau. Pour les activit\u00e9s telles que le brainstorming et la cocr\u00e9ation, les travailleurs peuvent se rendre au bureau et rester \u00e0 la maison ou travailler dans un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 au bureau pour les activit\u00e9s qui demandent beaucoup de concentration. Cela demande de s\u2019investir dans une r\u00e9flexion sur les activit\u00e9s qui se d\u00e9roulent hors ligne, de mani\u00e8re num\u00e9rique, synchrone ou asynchrone au sein des organisations. La meilleure fa\u00e7on pour les entreprises de fa\u00e7onner cet aspect, ainsi que d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que les indemnit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 domicile et les horaires de travail, est d\u2019\u00e9tablir une politique d\u00e9taill\u00e9e sur le travail \u00e0 domicile.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : les donn\u00e9es proviennent de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate qu\u2019ACERTA fait r\u00e9aliser aupr\u00e8s des employeurs tous les deux ans par Indiville, le collectif d\u2019\u00e9tude pour une recherche novatrice concernant les personnes, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les m\u00e9dias et la politique.
