Les employeurs ne doivent donc plus \u00e9valuer manuellement toutes les candidatures et peuvent consacrer leur temps \u00e0 l&rsquo;entretien avec les candidats les plus appropri\u00e9s. Cela permet de gagner beaucoup de temps et de pourvoir plus rapidement un poste vacant.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux candidats indiquent que les processus de recrutement pourraient \u00eatre plus rapides et plus efficaces. 40 % d&rsquo;entre eux disent ne re\u00e7oivent qu&rsquo;occasionnellement, voire presque jamais, une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une demande d&#8217;emploi. Et 61 % des candidats sont convaincus que s&rsquo;ils obtiennent un entretien, ils ont de bonnes chances d&rsquo;obtenir le poste.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude d&rsquo;Indeed montre que l\u2019entretien d\u2019embauche donne non seulement confiance aux candidats, mais qu\u2019il pr\u00e9sente aussi d&rsquo;autres avantages : 60 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es consid\u00e8rent que l&rsquo;entretien est l&rsquo;occasion id\u00e9ale de mettre en avant leur exp\u00e9rience et leurs qualit\u00e9s, et d\u2019expliquer pourquoi elles pensent \u00eatre un candidat id\u00e9al pour le poste. 40% compte sur l\u2019entretien pour en savoir plus sur le poste \u00e0 pourvoir, sur les responsabilit\u00e9s et pour \u00e9valuer s&rsquo;ils se sentent en ad\u00e9quation par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise et \u00e0 la culture d&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 quels \u00e9taient les avantages d&rsquo;un entretien virtuel par rapport \u00e0 un entretien en face \u00e0 face. Ils sont principalement d&rsquo;ordre pratique \u2013 pas de temps de trajet pour se rendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;entretien (40%), acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du processus (33%), plus de flexibilit\u00e9 (24%) \u2013 et mental : 28% trouvent les entretiens virtuels moins intimidants et 27% sont moins stress\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00eatre en retard.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs voient \u00e9galement des avantages \u00e0 l&rsquo;entretien virtuel : 33% trouvent qu&rsquo;il est plus facile \u00e0 planifier, qu\u2019il se d\u00e9roule plus rapidement et qu\u2019il permet de pourvoir les postes vacants plus rapidement. En outre, un recruteur sur trois affirme que les entretiens virtuels lui permettent d&rsquo;atteindre un groupe de candidats plus diversifi\u00e9 et lui donnent plus de flexibilit\u00e9 pour augmenter ou diminuer rapidement le besoin d&#8217;embauche.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La pand\u00e9mie de COVID a remodel\u00e9 le march\u00e9 du travail et les processus de recrutement.
