Ing\u00e9nieur commercial dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de Solvay (ULB), Jean-Marc Verbist a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans la consultance chez Accenture, dans la transformation structurelle de processus et syst\u00e8mes financiers au sein de grandes entreprises belges et europ\u00e9ennes. <\/p>\n

En 1997, il rejoignait Belgacom o\u00f9 il a exerc\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes fonctions: HR Process Manager & Business Program Manager, notamment dans le cadre de la constitution des HR Shared Services Centers (1997-2000); Business Transformation Manager pour la r\u00e9organisation des activit\u00e9s de l’entreprise (2000-2001), Director Program Management pour le d\u00e9veloppement et l’impl\u00e9mentation d’initiatives strat\u00e9giques et\/ou cross-divisions (2002-2004); Director Business Program Management & End-to-End Customer (2004-2006) et Director Integration Proximus\/Belgacom\/Telindus (2006-2007). <\/p>\n

De 2007 \u00e0 2012, Jean-Marc Verbist a exerc\u00e9 la fonction de Vice-President Human Capital, en charge de domaines tels que la planification strat\u00e9gique des ressources, la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement, le recrutement et la mobilit\u00e9 interne, la gestion de carri\u00e8re, la gestion des comp\u00e9tences et des performances, etc. Depuis janvier 2013, il \u00e9tait VP Business Partner, avec la responsabilit\u00e9 RH de la business unit Entreprises et des activit\u00e9s internationales du groupe, sur quatre pays (Royaume-Uni, Pays-Bas, France et Luxembourg). <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
