Dans ce contexte, de nombreuses entreprises ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles n&rsquo;attendaient plus de leurs employ\u00e9s qu&rsquo;ils travaillent \u00e0 plein temps au bureau. Elles passent donc \u00e0 une forme hybride de travail, un mod\u00e8le mixte o\u00f9 les gens partagent leurs heures de travail entre leur bureau et leur domicile.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cependant, une r\u00e9cente enqu\u00eate de Robert Half a montr\u00e9 que 20% des managers belges pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent en fait que toute leur \u00e9quipe soit pr\u00e9sente au bureau tous les jours de la semaine. Les principales raisons invoqu\u00e9es par les managers sont une plus grande facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer leur \u00e9quipe en pr\u00e9sentiel qu\u2019\u00e0 distance, une meilleure ambiance entre coll\u00e8gues contribuant \u00e0 maintenir une bonne culture d\u2019entreprise et une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 dans le suivi des projets. M\u00eame si tout cela ne doit pas constituer un probl\u00e8me : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces chiffres d\u00e9montrent que les managers ne sont pas tous conquis par la nouvelle formule de travail hybride. C&rsquo;est \u00e9tonnant, compte tenu du fait que la demande de travail hybride est forte de la part des travailleurs\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Solange Meunier, Branch Manager chez Robert Half. <em>\u00ab\u00a0En tant que manager, il sera important de discuter des attentes des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s avec votre \u00e9quipe et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la bonne approche pour l&rsquo;avenir. Avec des efforts des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ne doit pas \u00eatre un probl\u00e8me pour la culture d&rsquo;entreprise. La flexibilit\u00e9 est et restera un aspect important de la carri\u00e8re des travailleurs, et c&rsquo;est donnant-donnant\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Comp\u00e9tences post-corona<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les travailleurs n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 les seuls \u00e0 devoir s\u2019adapter au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail permanent, les managers ont \u00e9galement d\u00fb changer leur fa\u00e7on habituelle de g\u00e9rer leurs \u00e9quipes. Ils en ont tir\u00e9 des le\u00e7ons, mais cela a \u00e9galement mis en \u00e9vidence le manque de certaines comp\u00e9tences. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les managers interrog\u00e9s, le macro-management (29%), la communication transparente (27%) et la capacit\u00e9 de fixer des objectifs clairs pour les employ\u00e9s (25%) semblent \u00eatre les comp\u00e9tences les plus importantes que doit poss\u00e9der le manager post-corona.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La gestion des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 distance n\u00e9cessite un haut degr\u00e9 de confiance et le micro-management est donc proscrit. Communiquez suffisamment sur les attentes et les projets, afin que les employ\u00e9s sachent tr\u00e8s clairement ce qu&rsquo;ils ont \u00e0 faire et puissent fonctionner de mani\u00e8re autonome. Donnez donc confiance \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s et encouragez \u00e9galement l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> propose Solange Meunier.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Robert Half a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 1 800 managers en utilisant une m\u00e9thode de collecte de donn\u00e9es en ligne en juillet 2021. Il s&rsquo;agissait de 300 entretiens respectivement en Belgique, aux Pays-bas, en Allemagne, au Br\u00e9sil, en France ainsi qu\u2019au Royaume-Uni.
