Il s\u2019agit d&rsquo;une augmentation inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l\u2019an dernier, o\u00f9 le salaire de base avait progress\u00e9 de 2,4% (indexation comprise). En raison de l&rsquo;impact \u00e9conomique de la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus, moins de personnes ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;une augmentation salariale entre f\u00e9vrier et avril de cette ann\u00e9e, et celle-ci a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 moins importante. En ce qui concerne la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable (ex. bonus), Hudson observe des diff\u00e9rences entre secteurs et entre niveaux de fonction. La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration fiscalement avantageux ont gagn\u00e9, quant \u00e0 eux, cette ann\u00e9e fortement en popularit\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 6 travailleurs belges sur 10 n&rsquo;ont pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une augmentation salariale cette ann\u00e9e ou ont re\u00e7u une augmentation de moins de 1%. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, cela n\u2019\u00e9tait le cas que pour 1 travailleur sur 4. Ce taux d\u2019augmentation plus faible s\u2019explique, d&rsquo;une part, par l\u2019impact \u00e9conomique de la pand\u00e9mie mais d\u2019autre part aussi, par la moindre volont\u00e9 des organisations \u00e0 octroyer des augmentations salariales au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019index. L\u2019augmentation salariale hors indexation s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u00e8s lors \u00e0 0,8%, alors qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait encore de 1,5% l\u2019an dernier (au niveau m\u00e9dian).<\/p>\n<p>Si la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable demeure un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important du package salarial, sa croissance (+ 0,15%) est \u00e9galement plus faible que l\u2019an dernier, bien que l\u2019on note des diff\u00e9rences entre les secteurs. Le secteur des services, par exemple, qui comprend notamment les entreprises IT, a n\u00e9anmoins octroy\u00e9 un beau salaire variable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la forte demande et aux possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9conomies. Dans le secteur du d\u00e9tail, nous constatons \u00e9galement une croissance moindre au niveau du salaire de base, mais cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 quasiment compens\u00e9 par l\u2019octroi d\u2019une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable. C\u2019est dans le secteur de la production, o\u00f9 le salaire variable a \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus fortement impact\u00e9, que l\u2019\u00e9volution salariale globale a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus faible.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable, nous observons \u00e9galement des diff\u00e9rences entre les niveaux de fonction. L\u2019\u00e9volution des bonus est en effet minime pour les niveaux de fonction inf\u00e9rieurs (employ\u00e9s et cadres) mais plus cons\u00e9quente au niveau du Management (+ 7%) et du Senior Management (+ 27%). Cette hausse est surtout perceptible dans les secteurs IT, Mati\u00e8res Premi\u00e8res et des fabrications m\u00e9talliques, \u00e0 la suite des bons r\u00e9sultats financiers des organisations, malgr\u00e9 la crise de la Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Indemnit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vu l&rsquo;importance prise par le travail \u00e0 domicile pendant la pand\u00e9mie, les organisations ont revu les indemnit\u00e9s octroy\u00e9es dans ce cadre. Pr\u00e8s d\u20191 travailleur sur 5 per\u00e7oit \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent une indemnit\u00e9 couvrant les frais li\u00e9s au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, le montant mensuel m\u00e9dian s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 58 euros. Ce sont principalement les employ\u00e9s qui en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient. Parmi les cadres et les managers, il existait souvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 un autre syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9dommagement pouvant inclure les frais de bureau. L&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail n\u2019est souvent pas accord\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les travailleurs et le montant octroy\u00e9 peut aussi varier, par exemple, suivant la classe de fonction et\/ou le nombre de jours de travail \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Plan de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible (plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria), les employeurs recherchent des solutions afin d\u2019adapter le package salarial aux attentes individuelles des travailleurs. En Belgique, les travailleurs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 35% \u00e0 pouvoir recourir \u00e0 ce syst\u00e8me, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une hausse de 7% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un plan de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible, un travailleur peut \u00e9changer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments salariaux tels que le treizi\u00e8me mois ou une partie du salaire brut contre d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments, comme une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, un v\u00e9lo, des jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires ou un smartphone. Cette ann\u00e9e, il est frappant de constater la popularit\u00e9 du leasing de v\u00e9los ; cette possibilit\u00e9 est propos\u00e9e par 9 organisations sur 10.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les droits d&rsquo;auteur comme avantage fiscal<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, les syst\u00e8mes relatifs aux droits d\u2019auteur gagnent en popularit\u00e9 vu leur caract\u00e8re avantageux sur le plan fiscal. Dans ce cas, une partie du salaire est vers\u00e9e pour la cession de droits d\u2019auteur sur le travail fourni. 16% des organisations actives dans le secteur TIC appliquent d\u00e9j\u00e0 un tel syst\u00e8me, mais c\u2019est \u00e9galement possible pour d\u2019autres fonctions comme certains sp\u00e9cialistes marketing et consultants. Les droits d\u2019auteur constituent une part substantielle du package total, avec un montant mensuel m\u00e9dian de 577 euros. Un taux distinct d\u2019imposition de 15% (sur le montant total des droits d\u2019auteur moins les frais forfaitaires) s\u2019applique sur ce type de revenus. Le montant net de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration li\u00e9e \u00e0 la cession de droits d\u2019auteur est toutefois limit\u00e9 \u00e0 un certain plafond (62.550 euros).
