









{"id":11716,"date":"2021-08-19T08:11:01","date_gmt":"2021-08-19T06:11:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=11716"},"modified":"2021-08-19T08:11:01","modified_gmt":"2021-08-19T06:11:01","slug":"hausse-salaires-de-28-vue-2022-selon-employeurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/hausse-salaires-de-28-vue-2022-selon-employeurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Hausse des salaires de 2,8% en vue pour 2022 selon les employeurs."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les employeurs belges pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;accorder \u00e0 leur personnel une augmentation salariale annuelle moyenne de 2,8% en 2022, dans un contexte de signes de vigueur du march\u00e9 du travail apr\u00e8s les turbulences de la pand\u00e9mie mondiale, selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Willis Towers Watson aujourd&rsquo;hui. 377 entreprises belges ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9tude mondiale sur les budgets salariaux et le recrutement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cette hausse constitue une am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation moyenne de 2,3% vers\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e et, avec une inflation pr\u00e9vue de 1,3% en 2022, elle repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de 1,4 % en termes r\u00e9els. Elle intervient alors que la proportion d&rsquo;entreprises pr\u00e9voyant un gel total des salaires devrait passer de 21,8% cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 9% en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Certains secteurs pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus g\u00e9n\u00e9reux que d&rsquo;autres. Les augmentations moyennes en 2022 devraient \u00eatre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les secteurs des technologies m\u00e9dicales (hausse de 3,1%), de la chimie (3,0%), des hautes technologies (2,9%) et de l&rsquo;automobile (2,9%). Les travailleurs des services financiers (2,3) et du conseil aux entreprises et aux techniciens (2,4%) devraient \u00eatre moins bien lotis.<\/p>\n<p>En 2021, les entreprises belges se sont efforc\u00e9es de motiver et de retenir les meilleurs talents en versant aux meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments une augmentation de salaire 2,3 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle accord\u00e9e \u00e0 ceux dont les performances \u00e9taient moyennes.<\/p>\n<p>Angel Hoover, responsable de Willis Towers Watson Benelux, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode difficile pour les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s, nos recherches ont confirm\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration des augmentations salariales parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la reprise \u00e9conomique li\u00e9e au recul de la menace Covid. Certains secteurs s&rsquo;en sortent mieux que d&rsquo;autres mais, dans l&rsquo;ensemble, l&rsquo;optimisme est de retour et de nombreux employeurs se concentrent sur une strat\u00e9gie \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de travail et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour g\u00e9rer leur activit\u00e9 et prot\u00e9ger et maintenir le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s &#8211; le plus grand atout pour la plupart des entreprises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des signes clairs d&rsquo;optimisme et de reprise parmi les employeurs. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (54%) des entreprises belges ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leurs perspectives d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 \u00e9taient \u00ab\u00a0sup\u00e9rieures\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s sup\u00e9rieures\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles pensaient, tandis que 2,8% seulement ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles \u00e9taient inf\u00e9rieures aux attentes.<\/p>\n<p>Et pr\u00e8s de 27% pr\u00e9voient de recruter du personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire au cours des 12 prochains mois, tandis que 8% pr\u00e9voient de r\u00e9duire leurs effectifs. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (54%) des entreprises ont indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles cherchaient \u00e0 pourvoir des postes dans le domaine de la vente, tandis que les m\u00e9tiers techniques (37%) et l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie (46%) sont \u00e9galement des domaines de pr\u00e9dilection. Les domaines de recrutement les moins actifs sont la finance (3%), les RH (6%) et le marketing (18%).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi semble optimiste et les perspectives commerciales sont meilleures que ce que beaucoup attendaient. Les entreprises sont d\u00e9sireuses de pourvoir des postes dans la vente et la cr\u00e9ation de produits. Les r\u00f4les de soutien comme les RH et les finances sont moins actifs pour le moment, mais cela devrait changer \u00e0 mesure que la reprise se poursuit\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.
