Et cela, malgr\u00e9 une hausse de 45% de postes \u00e0 pourvoir par rapport \u00e0 2020 (et 30% par rapport \u00e0 2019). <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette baisse significative du nombre de jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s qui se lancent dans la vie active est probl\u00e9matique pour le march\u00e9 du travail\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>explique Olivier Dufour, Executive Director de Page Personnel Belgique. Toutefois, elle peut ais\u00e9ment s&rsquo;expliquer par la brutalit\u00e9 avec laquelle les jeunes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;effet de la pand\u00e9mie sur l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs peinent de plus en plus \u00e0 recruter alors que nous avons rarement eu autant d\u2019offres d\u2019emplois en Belgique. Aujourd\u2019hui, les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s peuvent trouver des jobs correspondant \u00e0 leurs attentes extr\u00eamement rapidement. La crise sanitaire et le poids qu\u2019elle a eu sur le moral des \u00e9tudiants explique en partie leur d\u00e9sir de ne pas se lancer tout de suite dans le travail et de profiter encore un peu<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0reprend Olivier Dufour.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Toujours plus d\u2019offres pour moins de jeunes candidats<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comment expliquer que 16% de jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en moins se lancent sur le march\u00e9 du travail en 2021 alors que cette ann\u00e9e voit 45% d\u2019offres d\u2019emplois suppl\u00e9mentaires par rapport \u00e0 2020 ? Et m\u00eame 30% de plus par rapport \u00e0 2019, avant m\u00eame le d\u00e9but de la crise sanitaire? De nombreux jeunes ont v\u00e9cu 2 ann\u00e9es tr\u00e8s \u00e9prouvantes d\u2019un point de vue psychologique et scolaire caus\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de coronavirus. Nombre d\u2019entre eux souhaitent aujourd\u2019hui penser d\u2019abord \u00e0 eux et prendre un peu de recul avant de d\u00e9crocher leur premier travail.<\/p>\n<p>Olivier Dufour ajoute : <em>\u00ab\u00a0En plus de ces jeunes qui ressentent le besoin de changer d\u2019air, nous rencontrons de nombreux jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s qui, tout comme en 2009 apr\u00e8s la crise \u00e9conomique mondiale, sont effray\u00e9s d\u2019arriver sur le march\u00e9 du travail qu\u2019ils croient en crise et craignent ainsi de ne pas trouver d\u2019emploi rapidement, d\u00e9cidant de se lancer alors dans des formations compl\u00e9mentaires. A ces jeunes-l\u00e0 nous leur disons: la situation est compl\u00e9tement diff\u00e9rente d\u2019il y a 10 ans. En 2020 et 2021, l\u2019\u00e9conomie a tenu, le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi n\u2019a plus \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi fort depuis des ann\u00e9es. Les entreprises vivent une guerre des talents, n\u2019ayez pas peur de vous lancer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un foss\u00e9 se creuse entre jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et non-dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nombre d\u2019\u00e9tudiants ont encore le taux de ch\u00f4mage, dont on parle sans cesse, en trompe l\u2019\u0153il. Alors qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, il est plus difficile pour un jeune dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de ne pas trouver de travail que d\u2019en trouver un. Tous les secteurs recrutent. Mais pas \u00e9galitairement pour tous les profils\u2026 Avec la digitalisation des m\u00e9tiers, l\u2019av\u00e8nement de la R&amp;D et du secteur tertiaire, le foss\u00e9 entre les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et non-dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ne fera que cro\u00eetre au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les jeunes non-dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s trouveront toujours du travail mais de plus en plus difficilement compar\u00e9 aux jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s dont les acquis s\u2019av\u00e9reront pr\u00e9cieux. La grande diff\u00e9rence entre les deux sera aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir. Aux jeunes non-dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, nous conseillons de mettre le paquet sur les langues.
