Quelle r\u00e9ponse apporter \u00e0 ce risque de perte s\u00e8che des investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en formation?<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Comme l&rsquo;indique le rapport susmentionn\u00e9, <em>\u00ab\u00a0les jeunes talents jugent plus important d\u2019accumuler des exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 divers endroits et d\u2019\u00eatre flexibles que de construire leur carri\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re traditionnelle chez un seul et m\u00eame employeur. Les entreprises constatent d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019il est plus difficile de conserver les talents. Cette \u00e9volution oblige les d\u00e9partements RH \u00e0 revoir compl\u00e8tement leur gestion des carri\u00e8res et du suivi des collaborateurs. Les jeunes collaborateurs dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur veulent en apprendre davantage et prennent plus souvent des risques pendant leur carri\u00e8re en changeant plus rapidement d\u2019employeur. Le d\u00e9fi pour les d\u00e9partements RH est donc de conserver les talents au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Autrefois, les directeurs RH se concentraient principalement sur la carri\u00e8re des managers au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Mais aujourd\u2019hui, la t\u00e2che du d\u00e9partement RH consiste \u00e0 soutenir tous les collaborateurs dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leur carri\u00e8re, en vue de de fid\u00e9liser les talents. Plus de 90% des d\u00e9partements RH interrog\u00e9s trouvent que le manager joue ici un r\u00f4le important.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0<em>\u00ab Tant les d\u00e9partements RH que les team managers doivent s\u2019employer davantage \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re des jeunes collaborateurs pour les garder dans l\u2019entreprise. Le d\u00e9veloppement personnel est en effet essentiel \u00e0 leurs yeux \u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Samantha Crous, Regional Director Afrique &amp; Benelux au Top Employers Institute.<\/p>\n<h2>Une r\u00e9ponse individualis\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Nos entreprises ne sont cependant pas sans solution face \u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sociologique qui ne surprend pas vraiment. Pour conserver malgr\u00e9 tout les talents, les entreprises rencontrent les besoins changeants des jeunes professionnels.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Le progr\u00e8s technologique et l\u2019innovation sont inscrits dans les g\u00e8nes d\u2019Umicore \u00bb<\/em>, explique Geert Walschap, HR Director Belgium &amp; Northern Europe chez Umicore. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans ce contexte, le d\u00e9veloppement et l\u2019avancement de nos collaborateurs est un must. Nous nous effor\u00e7ons de discuter au moins une fois avec chaque collaborateur de son d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Nous sommes par ailleurs constamment attentifs au feedback, au d\u00e9veloppement des talents et au planning des carri\u00e8res.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises \u00e0 succ\u00e8s font appel \u00e0 la technologie int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour soutenir les collaborateurs dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leur carri\u00e8re. Plus de 70% des entreprises belges \u00e9tablissent un plan de d\u00e9veloppement personnel en ligne, et 70% des entreprises utilisent un mod\u00e8le de comp\u00e9tences. Le plan de carri\u00e8re traditionnel \u2013 o\u00f9 les nouvelles recrues sont form\u00e9es pour passer du statut de junior \u00e0 celui de senior \u2013 n\u2019a plus la cote : il n\u2019est plus utilis\u00e9 que par 40% des entreprises. <em>\u00ab Les d\u00e9partements RH se rendent compte que toutes les nouvelles recrues ne sont pas \u00e0 mettre dans le m\u00eame panier, qu\u2019il vaut mieux examiner individuellement quelles sont les bonnes \u00e9tapes pour telle ou telle personne.
