C&rsquo;est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude men\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande de Workday, fournisseur de logiciels d&rsquo;entreprise, dans toute l&rsquo;Europe. Dans notre pays, plus de 100 professionnels des RH et chefs d&rsquo;entreprise ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s. Bien que l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion gagnent en importance, de nombreuses entreprises doivent encore mettre ces concepts en pratique. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les entreprises ne demandent qu&rsquo;\u00e0 engager un responsable de l&rsquo;inclusion et de la diversit\u00e9. Mais au-del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;annonce, comment se porte r\u00e9ellement la politique de diversit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion des entreprises belges ?<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion ? <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La diversit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 s&rsquo;assurer une repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9gale des groupes de population de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 au sein d\u2019une entreprise. L&rsquo;inclusion est l&rsquo;attitude, au sein de l&rsquo;organisation, qui garantit que chaque groupe de population se sent inclus et a acc\u00e8s aux m\u00eames opportunit\u00e9s. En Belgique, ces deux concepts ont clairement le vent en poupe, puisque l&rsquo;\u00e9tude indique que 71 % des r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8rent que l&rsquo;ED&amp;I est de plus en plus important. Aux Pays-Bas, ce chiffre n&rsquo;est que de 60 %, alors qu&rsquo;en Italie, en Allemagne, en Espagne et en France, il est d&rsquo;environ 80 %.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes convaincus que le renforcement de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9, de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion est une condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite et \u00e0 la croissance\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Dorien Roes, Country Manager Belux de Workday. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous savons \u00e9galement que l&rsquo;on n&rsquo;y parvient pas du jour au lendemain. Le changement est un parcours qui n&rsquo;est jamais rapide ou lin\u00e9aire. Il est int\u00e9ressant de voir comment les entreprises y font face en Belgique par rapport \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres pays. En outre, plus de trois quarts (78 %) des entreprises belges lib\u00e8rent un budget pour des initiatives dans ce domaine et pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers (28 %) souhaitent augmenter ce budget l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La diff\u00e9rence entre les RH et le business<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration du bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du personnel est la principale raison (44 %) qui pousse les r\u00e9pondants belges \u00e0 s&rsquo;engager dans l&rsquo;ED&amp;I. Un autre avantage important (39 %) est que de telles initiatives permettent d&rsquo;attirer et de recruter une main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre diversifi\u00e9e. Force est de constater que les profils RH (52 %) accordent plus d&rsquo;importance \u00e0 cet argument que les profils business (24 %).<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;il soit clair que l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;ED&amp;I continue de cro\u00eetre sur le terrain dans les entreprises belges, \u00e0 peine un quart des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que la diversit\u00e9 est valoris\u00e9e dans leur propre organisation. En fait, 19 % d\u00e9clarent que la diversit\u00e9 est banalis\u00e9e et que l&rsquo;accent est mis sur les similitudes plut\u00f4t que sur la reconnaissance des diff\u00e9rences. Le m\u00eame pourcentage de r\u00e9pondants indique que la diversit\u00e9 est per\u00e7ue comme un facteur de polarisation et une source de conflit d\u2019opinion.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que, malgr\u00e9 la prise de conscience de l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;ED&amp;I, de nombreuses entreprises ont encore du pain sur la planche. Par exemple, pr\u00e8s de quatre entreprises sur dix (38 %) indiquent qu&rsquo;elles ne disposent pas de strat\u00e9gie concr\u00e8te en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 et qu&rsquo;elles n&rsquo;ont pas pris les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour en \u00e9laborer une. Seul un quart des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent que la strat\u00e9gie ED&amp;I est une priorit\u00e9. Il est \u00e9vident que les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise ne peuvent pas acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&rsquo;adoption d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie ED&amp;I \u00e0 eux seuls. 34 % affirment qu&rsquo;ils comptent sur l&rsquo;engagement des collaborateurs, tandis que des investissements plus importants ou un budget d\u00e9di\u00e9 (29 %) et davantage de personnel pour soutenir les initiatives (28 %) sont d\u2019autres facteurs importants.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La technologie joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important. Pas moins de 93 % des r\u00e9pondants belges confirment qu&rsquo;ils utilisent la technologie \u2013 en particulier des outils d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate et de gestion des talents \u2013 pour soutenir les efforts ED&amp;I. Cependant, 45 % des r\u00e9pondants belges d\u00e9clarent avoir besoin de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes et logiciels pour soutenir l&rsquo;adoption d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie ED&amp;I. Pour l&rsquo;Europe, le pourcentage moyen est encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 : 58 %.
