L&rsquo;un des assouplissements concerne le port du masque. Ils seront moins courants dans la rue, mais qu&rsquo;en est-il des masques au travail?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans certaines entreprises, les travailleurs seront encore oblig\u00e9s de porter un masque, par exemple dans les espaces int\u00e9rieures des transports publics, des gares, des a\u00e9roports et des transports collectifs organis\u00e9s (tels que les bus transportant des ouvriers du secteur de la construction) ou des \u00e9tablissements de soins ou des professions de contact m\u00e9dical et non m\u00e9dical. Cela est express\u00e9ment pr\u00e9vu par l&rsquo;AM du 28 octobre 2020.\u00a0Pour les autres employeurs, l&rsquo;AM ne pr\u00e9voit rien concernant l&rsquo;utilisation de masques.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, les employeurs doivent prendre les mesures pr\u00e9ventives n\u00e9cessaires afin de prot\u00e9ger au maximum leurs travailleurs contre le COVID-19.\u00a0La r\u00e9f\u00e9rence par excellence reste le Guide g\u00e9n\u00e9rique pour lutter contre la propagation du COVID-19 au travail, <a href=\"https:\/\/emploi.belgique.be\/sites\/default\/files\/content\/news\/Guidegenerique.pdf\">dont la septi\u00e8me \u00e9dition a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e hier (voir ici)<\/a>.\u00a0Cette \u00e9dition comporte de nouvelles dispositions sur les masques. Celles-ci s&rsquo;appliquent d\u00e8s aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<p>Les masques ne sont plus obligatoires \u00e0 titre de mesure suppl\u00e9mentaire lorsque la distanciation sociale ne peut pas \u00eatre organis\u00e9e, mais cela reste fortement recommand\u00e9 selon le Guide g\u00e9n\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, il faut tenir compte des mesures g\u00e9n\u00e9rales \u00e9mises par les autorit\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, r\u00e9gionales ou locales pour l&rsquo;utilisation des masques. Ainsi, \u00e0 la suite du comit\u00e9 de concertation du 17 septembre 2021, la Flandre a communiqu\u00e9 que les masques ne sont plus obligatoires, tandis qu&rsquo;\u00e0 Bruxelles et en Wallonie, ils restent obligatoires. L&#8217;employeur doit en tenir compte lors de la d\u00e9termination des mesures r\u00e9sultant de l&rsquo;analyse des risques.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs peuvent choisir de maintenir les masques sur le lieu de travail \u00e0 titre de mesure pr\u00e9ventive de bien-\u00eatre. Il est recommand\u00e9 aux employeurs de discuter de ce sujet avec leurs services de protection et de pr\u00e9vention au travail, de mettre \u00e0 jour leur analyse des risques dans ce domaine si n\u00e9cessaire et de se concerter avec le comit\u00e9.
