Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une diminution de pr\u00e8s de 12 % par rapport aux \u00e9t\u00e9s 2019 et 2020. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019il ressort d\u2019une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par l\u2019entreprise de services RH Acerta aupr\u00e8s de 260.000 travailleurs. L\u2019explication\u2009? La hausse du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail (a) r\u00e9duit la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une interruption de carri\u00e8re structurelle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La popularit\u00e9 de l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re est en berne. Ce syst\u00e8me, qui permet aux salari\u00e9s belges d\u2019interrompre leur travail \u00e0 temps plein ou \u00e0 mi-temps pendant une certaine p\u00e9riode, regroupe le cr\u00e9dit-temps et les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques, tels que le cong\u00e9 parental, le cong\u00e9 pour soins palliatifs et le cong\u00e9 pour assistance m\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de travailleurs prenant une interruption de carri\u00e8re reste cantonn\u00e9 en dessous des 7 % depuis octobre 2020 d\u00e9j\u00e0, tandis qu\u2019il \u00e9tait syst\u00e9matiquement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 7%, voire 8% au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Ces deux derniers mois, la diminution est frappante. En ao\u00fbt, les travailleurs \u00e9taient 12,5% de moins \u00e0 prendre une interruption de carri\u00e8re compar\u00e9 \u00e0 2020, et 12% de moins compar\u00e9 \u00e0 2019. Pour le mois de juillet, nous constatons une diminution de 12% par rapport \u00e0 2020 et de 10,9% par rapport \u00e0 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les facteurs qui expliquent cette tendance \u00e0 la baisse sont clairs&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nathalie Florent, Senior Consultant chez Acerta Consult, indique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019une des raisons principales pour lesquelles les travailleurs ont moins eu recours \u00e0 l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re ces derniers mois est la perc\u00e9e du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, devenu obligatoire ou fortement recommand\u00e9 ces derniers temps. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et le travail \u00e0 domicile ont permis aux travailleurs de trouver plus facilement un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre leur vie priv\u00e9e et leur vie professionnelle. Les t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs peuvent interrompre bri\u00e8vement leur travail. Si de courtes interruptions sont possibles, l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re structurelle n\u2019est plus n\u00e9cessaire pour certains travailleurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les effets du travail hybride sur l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nathalie Florent d\u2019Acerta poursuit : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il sera int\u00e9ressant d\u2019examiner au cours des prochains mois si le nombre d\u2019interruptions de carri\u00e8re repartira \u00e0 la hausse, maintenant que de plus en plus de travailleurs retournent (partiellement) au bureau. 9 employeurs sur 10 adoptent une forme de travail hybride, mais selon notre enqu\u00eate r\u00e9cente, l\u2019accent est \u00e0 nouveau mis sur la pr\u00e9sence au bureau. Le cr\u00e9dit-temps et les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques vont-ils regagner en popularit\u00e9\u2009?
