R\u00e9sum\u00e9 rapide de ce premier tir de barrage de la CSC et de la FGTB.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La CSC rel\u00e8ve que l\u2019approche concernant la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des malades de longue dur\u00e9e n\u2019est pas la bonne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Elle stigmatise les travailleurs malades. Rien n\u2019est fait pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la source du probl\u00e8me, \u00e0 savoir &lsquo;le travail infaisable&rsquo;. Quant aux cons\u00e9quences, \u00e0 savoir la mise en route d\u2019une machine \u00e0 licencier parce que les employeurs ne consentent pas assez d\u2019efforts pour fournir un travail adapt\u00e9, elles sont tout simplement pass\u00e9es sous silence. Au final, ce seront les personnes qui sont trop malades pour remplir un questionnaire qui devront payer la note.<br \/>\nM\u00eame chose pour les courtes p\u00e9riodes de maladie : les travailleurs des PME devront fournir un certificat m\u00e9dical pour une journ\u00e9e de maladie alors que les travailleurs des grandes entreprises en seront dispens\u00e9s. Or, c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans les entreprises o\u00f9 les contacts entre l\u2019employeur et le travailleur sont les plus \u00e9troits que la confiance fait d\u00e9faut. C\u2019est de la discrimination. Pourtant, n\u2019est-ce pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les dirigeants des PME qui brandissent constamment l\u2019argument du lien de confiance avec leur personnel pour \u00e9carter la concertation structur\u00e9e de leur entreprise ?<br \/>\nLes tentatives d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9es d&rsquo;imposer le travail de nuit aux travailleurs du e-commerce, sans passer par la concertation sociale, sont \u00e9galement remises \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour.&rsquo;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tout aussi incompr\u00e9hensible selon le syndicat chr\u00e9tien: <em>\u00ab\u00a0malgr\u00e9 l\u2019avis unanime des interlocuteurs sociaux, le gouvernement manque ici une occasion de mettre fin aux d\u00e9rives qu\u2019a entra\u00een\u00e9 la dispense de paiement de cotisations pour les premiers recrutements. Il ne nous reste qu\u2019\u00e0 esp\u00e9rer que la nuit fut simplement trop courte et que le gouvernement s\u2019attellera s\u00e9rieusement \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique dans la r\u00e9forme fiscale qui est annonc\u00e9e. Car sanctionner les malades de longue dur\u00e9e tout en m\u00e9nageant les plus forts ne fait que renforcer le m\u00e9contentement face \u00e0 une injustice inacceptable. Viser les plus faibles sur le march\u00e9 du travail et choyer les plus forts au moyen de mesures fiscales t\u00e9moigne en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u2019une tr\u00e8s grande distance avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du simple citoyen.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nEnfin, le syndicat regrette que le flou ne soit toujours pas lev\u00e9 en ce qui concerne l\u2019assimilation des jours de ch\u00f4mage temporaire (en 2021) pour les vacances annuelles (en 2022), malgr\u00e9 la demande unanime formul\u00e9e par les interlocuteurs sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>La FGTB rel\u00e8ve elle aussi des probl\u00e9matiques majeures et souligne que <em>\u00ab\u00a0le manque d\u2019ambition dans la recherche de recettes fiscales et d\u2019une \u00e9quit\u00e9 fiscale se fait sentir. D\u2019autant plus que les services publics sont durement touch\u00e9s par cet exercice budg\u00e9taire. C\u2019est une occasion manqu\u00e9e d\u2019organiser une r\u00e9partition plus juste des richesses.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les points n\u00e9gatifs relev\u00e9s dans cet exercice budg\u00e9taire et de r\u00e9forme, le syndicat pointe les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>L\u2019exon\u00e9ration des cotisations ONSS \u00e0 vie pour le premier emploi est maintenue (plan + 1). Ce qui est un comble puisque les interlocuteurs sociaux avaient remis un avis unanime pour le modifier. Co\u00fbt pour l\u2019\u00c9tat : un demi-milliard \u20ac par an.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>L&rsquo;agenda de la flexibilit\u00e9, avec en t\u00eate de liste l&rsquo;extension du travail de nuit dans le commerce \u00e9lectronique. Ce qui satisfait \u00e0 la demande de Comeos. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>La semaine de travail (\u00e0 temps de travail inchang\u00e9) comprim\u00e9e en 4 jours. Ce n&rsquo;est absolument pas une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la pression de travail accrue.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Les sanctions pour les malades de longue dur\u00e9e.
