Alors que nous sommes pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 mi-chemin du d\u00e9lai imparti pour le faire, 1 entreprise sur 180 (0,55 %) a accord\u00e9 une telle prime \u00e0 ses travailleurs. Au total, 1 travailleur belge sur 150 (0,64 %) a d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u la prime corona. Le ch\u00e8que rencontre un succ\u00e8s plus important en Flandre (0,66 % des employeurs) qu\u2019en Wallonie (0,22 %) et \u00e0 Bruxelles (0,20 %). Selon les pr\u00e9visions d\u2019Acerta, de nombreuses autres primes corona seront encore octroy\u00e9es, d\u00e8s qu\u2019elles seront \u00e9galement reprises au niveau sectoriel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Depuis le 1er ao\u00fbt, les entreprises belges qui se sont bien d\u00e9brouill\u00e9es pendant la crise du coronavirus peuvent accorder \u00e0 leurs travailleurs une prime corona pouvant atteindre 500 euros. Dans plusieurs secteurs, des n\u00e9gociations sont encore en cours pour inclure la prime \u2013 qui sera vers\u00e9e sous forme de ch\u00e8que consommation \u2013 dans une CCT. Toutes les entreprises n\u2019ont toutefois pas attendu que ces n\u00e9gociations aient lieu. \u00c0 ce jour, 0,55 % des employeurs belges ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 accord\u00e9 une prime \u00e0 leurs travailleurs. Au total, 0,64 % des travailleurs belges ont re\u00e7u cette prime.<\/p>\n<p>La Flandre fait figure de pionni\u00e8re, o\u00f9 0,66 % des employeurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 opt\u00e9 pour ce syst\u00e8me et 0,81 % des travailleurs en ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 sur le fiche de paie. Cet enthousiasme autour de la prime corona est pour l\u2019instant moindre en Wallonie (0,22 % des entreprises) et \u00e0 Bruxelles (0,20 %). La date ultime pour se d\u00e9cider est de plus en plus proche : les entreprises ont jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre pour d\u00e9cider si elles souhaitent accorder une prime corona \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Donatienne Knipping, experte du Centre de connaissances Acerta Consult, explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Certaines entreprises n\u2019ont pas attendu que le secteur se d\u00e9cide, elles ont directement pris l\u2019initiative. Bien que les entreprises n\u2019aient pas encore accord\u00e9 massivement des primes corona, nous voyons que l\u2019enthousiasme est palpable. Nous le constatons chaque jour au nombre de questions que nous recevons \u00e0 ce sujet. En toute logique, il s\u2019agit surtout d\u2019entreprises qui ont pu continuer de tourner \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime pendant la pand\u00e9mie. Cette situation varie \u00e9galement au sein des secteurs. Certaines entreprises de restauration ont, par exemple, pu passer rapidement \u00e0 la vente \u00e0 emporter et ont ainsi r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de bons r\u00e9sultats. Dans les mois \u00e0 venir, les entreprises individuelles opteront sans doute encore pour la prime corona, mais son v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s d\u00e9pendra de ce qui ressortira de la concertation sectorielle. Si un ou plusieurs des grands secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 inscrivent la prime corona dans une CCT, la mesure recevra un \u00e9norme coup de pouce.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: Acerta &#8211; Les donn\u00e9es recueillies sont bas\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles d\u2019un ensemble de 370\u2009000 travailleurs en service aupr\u00e8s de plus de 36\u2009000 employeurs du secteur priv\u00e9, auquel appartiennent tant des PME que des grandes entreprises.
