Et, s\u2019il s\u2019agit de \u00ab travailler \u00bb sur cette culture d\u2019entreprise, c\u2019est carr\u00e9ment le brouillard, pour ne pas dire la pur\u00e9e de pois!<!--more--><\/h1>\n<h3>COVERSTORY<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Nolf (IBA)<\/strong><br \/>\nGroup Vice-President HR chez IBA, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 DRH d\u2019une des business units, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Nolf a pu capitaliser sur son exp\u00e9rience en fusion et int\u00e9gration pour piloter un vaste chantier de r\u00e9organisation de l\u2019entreprise.
