La cour d\u2019appel de Li\u00e8ge a en effet d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de confirmer le jugement du tribunal correctionnel dans l\u2019affaire dite \u00ab du pont de &lsquo;Cheratte&rsquo;. Ce comit\u00e9 f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d\u00e9cidera de la forme que prendra la r\u00e9action de notre organisation syndicale. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un rassemblement de solidarit\u00e9 est d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vu place St Lambert \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge, d\u00e8s midi. Thierry Bodson, Pr\u00e9sident de la FGTB, y prendra la parole.<\/p>\n<p>17 syndicalistes de la FGTB sont donc condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 des peines de prison avec sursis (allant de 6 mois \u00e0 un an) et des amendes de plusieurs centaines d\u2019euros. Pourquoi? Pour avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sents sur un barrage routier, un jour de gr\u00e8ve, le 19 octobre 2015. Il y a 6 ans jour pour jour. Cette d\u00e9cision vient notamment en \u00e9cho \u00e0 une jurisprudence similaire intervenue \u00e0 Anvers. <a href=\"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/action-pacifique-entrave-mechante-fgtb-estime-droit-de-greve-de-manifestation-menace\/\">C\u2019est l\u2019entrave m\u00e9chante \u00e0 la circulation qui est invoqu\u00e9e (art. 406 du code p\u00e9nal), tout comme pour le proc\u00e8s qui a condamn\u00e9 le Pr\u00e9sident de la FGTB d\u2019Anvers, Bruno Verlaeckt, en 2019.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dans les deux cas, les leaders syndicaux \u00e9copent de peines plus lourdes, histoire de dissuader quiconque d\u2019organiser la r\u00e9sistance sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la FGTB, cette d\u00e9cision et les arguments qui la fondent constituent une entrave m\u00e9chante \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression, \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 de manifester et d\u2019exercer le droit de gr\u00e8ve. Bref, cette d\u00e9cision est un frein \u00e0 l\u2019exercice de droits d\u00e9mocratiques. Pas uniquement pour les syndicats mais pour tous les mouvements de contestation.
