Les entreprises doivent comprendre les nouvelles motivations de leurs salari\u00e9s autour de l&rsquo;environnement de travail afin d&rsquo;attirer, retenir et recruter des talents hautement qualifi\u00e9s. L&rsquo;instauration d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le de travail hybride ainsi que la prise en charge des frais de transport pourraient inciter les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 retourner au bureau.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon cette \u00e9tude, deux tiers des salari\u00e9s du tertiaire (64%) sont r\u00e9ticents \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de retourner au bureau apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, avec comme causes principales cit\u00e9es, le trajet, le manque d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre leurs vies personnelle et professionnelle et un espace de travail inefficace.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude combine les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate approfondie r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 3000 collaborateurs, 2750 employeurs dans des positions de leadership au sein d&rsquo;organisations comptant plus de 50 salari\u00e9s, et des interviews avec des leaders globaux en immobilier, ressources humaines et op\u00e9rations. Il apparait \u00e9galement que, malgr\u00e9 cette r\u00e9ticence, un consensus existe autour de l&rsquo;id\u00e9e qu&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le hybride est la voie \u00e0 suivre, avec 79% des employ\u00e9s qui seront principalement bas\u00e9s au bureau dans un futur proche. Cela est sans aucun doute d\u00fb au 84% des retours au bureau contraints qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place sur le continent.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es indiquent \u00e9galement que les plus jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e9prouvent un plus grand d\u00e9sir de retourner au bureau, avec 69% des 18-34 ans qui souhaitent, soit un retour complet au bureau, soit l&rsquo;instauration d&rsquo;un mode de travail hybride. Cela d\u00e9montre un d\u00e9sir d&rsquo;apprendre de leurs confr\u00e8res et d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la progression de leurs carri\u00e8res mais \u00e9galement de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des opportunit\u00e9s de socialisation et des services que leur bureau leur offre.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les causes de la r\u00e9ticence<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon le sondage, plus de 86% des employ\u00e9s ont le sentiment qu&rsquo;ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaient d&rsquo;un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre leurs vie professionnelle et personnelle lorsqu&rsquo;ils travaillaient \u00e0 la maison. De plus, 79% des travailleurs du tertiaire europ\u00e9ens ont indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient financi\u00e8rement plus avantag\u00e9s lorsqu&rsquo;ils travaillaient \u00e0 distance. Le trajet \u00e9tait la seconde cause majeure de r\u00e9ticence, d\u00e9courageant 27% des travailleurs de retourner au bureau. Cela est d&rsquo;autant plus vrai que 80% des sond\u00e9s ont admis qu&rsquo;ils retourneraient au travail si leur employeur prenait en charge leurs frais de transport.<\/p>\n<p>95% des salari\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 un d\u00e9sir de changer leur espace de travail, en incluant des options tels que plus d&rsquo;espaces ext\u00e9rieurs, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des espaces calmes mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 des espaces collaboratifs, et davantage d&rsquo;infrastructures. La possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la restauration gratuite au bureau \u00e9tait \u00e9galement en haut de la liste des incitations au retour au bureau, mentionn\u00e9e par 79% des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Lawrence Mohiuddine, PDG, EMEA, Unispace commente: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Bien que la pand\u00e9mie ait consid\u00e9rablement chang\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont nous travaillions, elle a \u00e9galement chang\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont les employ\u00e9s souhaitent exp\u00e9rimenter leur lieu de travail. Ceux qui ont pu travailler efficacement \u00e0 distance au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e doivent voir un int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 retourner au bureau. Le d\u00e9sir de collaboration est certainement l&rsquo;une des motivations pour les collaborateurs qui font un retour au bureau. Cependant, notre \u00e9tude a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les salari\u00e9s d\u00e9sirent plus que ce \u00e0 quoi ils ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la maison \u2013 qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissent de la restauration gratuite ou de meilleurs services. La mani\u00e8re dont nous faisons \u00e9voluer nos espaces de travail maintenant d\u00e9finira non seulement ce \u00e0 quoi le futur du bureau ressemblera mais \u00e9galement la mani\u00e8re dont nos talents seront connect\u00e9s \u00e0 leur espace de travail.
