La majorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent \u00e9galement ne pas organiser de brainstorms, de team buildings, de comit\u00e9s de d\u00e9cision, de r\u00e9unions de projet et de formations en ligne. C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Comet Meetings via iVOX aupr\u00e8s de 1 000 Belges. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement renforcera certainement ses recommandations li\u00e9es au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail lors du prochain Comit\u00e9 de concertation. Bien que les r\u00e9unions virtuelles pendant les lockdowns aient certainement prouv\u00e9 leur utilit\u00e9, de nombreux employ\u00e9s privil\u00e9gient encore les r\u00e9unions physiques. 78,6% des Belges qui travaillent pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent se rencontrer physiquement avant une r\u00e9union importante. 60,8% d&rsquo;entre eux pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent le faire en interne, pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un sur cinq pr\u00e9f\u00e8re l&rsquo;organiser en externe dans un lieu de r\u00e9union appropri\u00e9. Seuls 11,6 % optent pour des r\u00e9unions en ligne par vid\u00e9o.<\/p>\n<p>Les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences varient quelque peu en fonction du type et de l&rsquo;objectif de la r\u00e9union. Pour les brainstorms, plus de 2 sur 3 pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent une r\u00e9union physique, pour les team buildings, c&rsquo;est m\u00eame plus de 8 sur 10. En ce qui concerne les r\u00e9unions de projet et les formations, 6 personnes sur 10 optent pour une r\u00e9union physique. Environ la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux favorisent \u00e9galement que les comit\u00e9s d\u00e9cisionnels se r\u00e9unissent en personne, tandis que 30,6 % n&rsquo;ont pas de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence claire \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;une r\u00e9union informative (par exemple, communication interne, information descendante) ou une pr\u00e9sentation (par exemple, r\u00e9sultats financiers ou plan marketing) est \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour, les avis sont partag\u00e9s. Environ quatre personnes sur dix sont heureuses de le faire virtuellement, tandis qu&rsquo;un nombre presque \u00e9gal pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une r\u00e9union physique. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans certains cas, les r\u00e9unions virtuelles s\u2019av\u00e8rent \u00eatre plus efficaces\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme Victor Carreau, CEO de Comet Meetings. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9unions en face \u00e0 face conservent une \u00e9norme valeur ajout\u00e9e. Elles permettent d\u2019\u00e9changer d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui ne pourra jamais \u00eatre reproduite en ligne. Ce que la crise nous a appris, c&rsquo;est que plus il y a de distanciel, plus il faut du pr\u00e9sentiel pour garder le lien. La culture d\u2019une entreprise peut survivre et s\u2019adapter au morcellement des lieux de travail, mais pour r\u00e9sister et rester solide, elle doit passer par des moments en groupe, dans une unit\u00e9 de lieu. Fait notable, ce sont les entreprises les plus digitalis\u00e9es qui font le plus de s\u00e9minaires. Il semble y avoir un vase communiquant entre r\u00e9duction des surfaces de bureau d\u2019une entreprise, et augmentation de ses d\u00e9penses \u00e9v\u00e9nementielles. A la veille de nouvelles annonces du gouvernement belge, il est essentiel que les employ\u00e9s augmentent le t\u00e9l\u00e9tr<\/em><em>avail et ne se retrouvent que dans des situations o\u00f9 leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9e afin de continuer \u00e0 se r\u00e9unir dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. \u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les r\u00e9unions physiques nous permettent de mieux comprendre et de trouver des solutions.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour trois quarts des salari\u00e9s belges, l&rsquo;interaction entre coll\u00e8gues et l&rsquo;\u00e9change d&rsquo;id\u00e9es et d&rsquo;opinions constituent l&rsquo;un des aspects les plus agr\u00e9ables des r\u00e9unions. Parvenir \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision est \u00e9galement l&rsquo;une des priorit\u00e9s d&rsquo;une telle r\u00e9union pour pr\u00e8s de 55%. C\u2019est \u00e9galement le cas de Sylvie Digard, Events Manager chez Proximus <em>\u201cIl faut \u00e0 nos yeux une nouvelle fa\u00e7on d\u2019organiser des meetings dans un lieu atypique et original. L\u2019organisation des \u00e9v\u00e8nements chez Proximus se fait pour la plupart de mani\u00e8re hybride et nous avons exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 ce format gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 la pointe.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: le bureau de recherche iVOX a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette \u00e9tude pour le compte de Comet Meetings. En ao\u00fbt 2021, 1 000 Belges actifs (repr\u00e9sentatifs sur le plan de la langue, du sexe, de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge et des qualifications) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur un certain nombre de questions concernant les r\u00e9unions, tant physiques qu&rsquo;en ligne.
